#2. FREE GIFT WRAPPING TERMS: I package multiple items in the same gift box. If you would like your items individually wrapped, please look for the "Extra Gift Boxes" listing in my shop and select the quantity needed. Remember, the first box is free, so you only need to purchase extra ones for any additional items you plan to purchase (2+).

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. I will make as many alterations as you desire (fees may apply) but I absolutely CANNOT refund/exchange custom orders! Please understand that your payment is used for the supplies necessary to make your item(s) -- I cannot return the supplies, and therefore I cannot return your money under any circumstances!

To insure your package, please message me to request shipping insurance. If you do not opt for insurance, I cannot refund your money or replace your package if it gets lost in the mail, especially if it's a one-of-a-kind item! Understand that Etsy does not offer the option to add insurance, tracking or faster shipping options at checkout, so for now this is not only my policy, but Etsy's official policy as well.
#5. PACKAGES SHIP WITHIN 1-7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
Most of my jewelry is made to order and shipped within a week of the purchase date, but depending on how busy I am, stock availability, and how intricate the piece is, please understand that it may take longer. Regardless, you can be assured that all items are shipped out as soon as possible.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS can sometimes take around 2-3 weeks or more to be delivered due to holds in Customs, so please be patient! Paying for express shipping will NOT speed up Customs, so if it is important that you receive your item by a certain date, please note that you should plan for this delay ahead of time!
#6. YOU MUST SPECIFY AT CHECKOUT IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS.

I cannot make any exceptions to these terms or it would be unfair to my other customers. I want you to be satisfied, but you MUST understand this. The information is posted in several different places, it's up to you to do your part and ask questions if necessary.

WILL I GET EXACTLY WHAT I SEE IN THE PHOTOS?
Absolutely! Please note, however, that original photos are used to relist sold items, so slight differences should be expected when purchasing leaves, pearls, amber nuggets and other natural gemstones or components --- these are real and not manufactured, therefore they are not produced identically.
Chain, clasps, simple earwires and other minute hardware components may sometimes be substituted with similar findings depending on stock availability.
Colors may vary slightly as each camera and computer monitor is somewhat different. I personally photograph all of my jewelry and do the best job I possibly can to accurately represent each item. Please read the item description carefully and ask any questions you may have if you're still unsure.
