If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please send a message as soon as possible to discuss.
Returns are only accepted on a case-by-case basis, but typically all sales are final.
Ashbury Lane is always happy to accept exchanges, with shipping the responsibility of the buyer.
Purchases are carefully packaged for shipment, and any damages incurred during or after the shipping process are not the responsibility of Ashbury Lane.
Lost & Delayed Items:
Ashbury Lane is not responsible for items that are lost or delayed in shipment. Please contact USPS for more information on lost or delayed items.
Payment must be received in full no later than 10 days after date of purchase. If payment is later than 10 days, negative feedback will be left and item will be re-listed. If payment is eventually made, negative feedback will change to positive. If payment is NEVER made, negative feedback stays negative and nobody is happy. Sadfaces for everyone!
*If paying with an e-check, I will allow a 14 day grace period for the check to clear before your order ships.
Items will ship with a delivery confirmation number. Signature confirmation and insurance available upon request & at cost.
Any customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please allow up to 8 weeks for your purchase to arrive. Delivery confirmation and/or tracking numbers are not available for international orders, and since customs can hold onto a package for far too long, your item won't be considered 'lost' until after 8 weeks.
Please be sure your shipping address is up to date! I cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses or undeliverable mail. If package is returned, I will contact seller promptly and reship the item
