Handmade Jewelry and Accessories Dia de los Muertos

I started making jewelry for myself to wear. When I noticed how nice and restful this new hobby was, I started putting my handmade jewelry and accessories on the Etsy-website. I use the incoming money to buy new beads and charms and stuff.

A traditional holiday in Mexico is 'Dias de los Muertos', or ´Day of the Dead´. The souls of the dead return on the 1st November (all the children) and 2nd November (adults).
Life is celebrated by using colourful motifs such as flowers and sugar skulls. These motifs are a big part of my inspiration for my designs.

Returns and exchange details
You can only return if an item is damaged or completely different to the description in the online store.

Furthermore, you can contact us in doubt about the size, color, weight etc. of a particular product.
I try to give the best possible description of the products, however, slight differences may occur in color, size, etc. because they are handmade products.

Returns are always at the expense of the customer.
You can only return when there has been contact between you and us, so do not send stuff back on their own without prior contact.
Please use Paypal, Direct Checkout or iDEAL to pay for your order. Payment must be received within 48 hours of purchase or the sale will be cancelled.
I use the standard Dutch postal system, Post NL, sending First Class.

Alternative delivery adress
If you want your order dispatched to an address other than the one that is listed on the invoice, please provide the address in 'Note to Seller'.

Track & Trace
I do not add insurance or tracking to any shipment. Feel free to ask me for Track & Trace while ordering. Costs are for the buyer.
Please be aware that for some destinations the postal service will not allow me to add insurance or tracking. If you request tracking and it's not possible, I'll let you know.
I cannot be responsible for items lost in the post if Track & Trace was not requested, sorry. Any questions, just ask!

Taxes & Fees
Please be aware that some destination countries charge taxes or fees on the item at Border Control, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Of course I do my best to be as accurate as possible with prices. We don't want any nasty surprises!
