Payment
We accept PayPal, cheque & postal order for UK residents.
Payments made by cheque are held for 5 days clearance.
For international purchasers we can only accept PayPal.
All payments must be made within 2 days of your purchase.
Shipping
All items are shipped from the United Kingdom. Please be aware of any tax or duties you may be required to pay when your parcel arrives and this is not included in the shipping cost and is your responsibility.
Purchases are sent within 3 days of payment some even sooner.
All items are shipped from the UK, please allow the following shipping times from dispatch:
UK - Usually is delivered in 1-2 days
EU - Usually is is delivered within 4-5 days
USA - Usually is is delivered within 9-12 days *
AUST - Usually is is delivered within 12-14 days *

* Please note that some parcels may be delayed in customs in your country. These delays are out of our hands.
Refunds and Exchanges
We offer a 14 day* no questions refund, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase please let us know and we will either refund, replace or offer store credit, the choice is yours.
If your parcel arrives damaged you must notify us within 24hrs of receipt so we can arrange a replacement item and take action.
Bulk and wholesale orders that are returned may be subject to a restocking fee. Please enquire before returning.
*We do not refund shipping costs associated with 14 day refunds.
