Please take the time to read ALL of my policies! I'm a little long-winded, but it's to make sure that your doll, sculpture, or art makes its way to you as safely and quickly as possible! :)

Miss Millificent's House: straight from the alternate reality of Miss Millificent...

All my dolls and sculptures are made from paper clay over armature. They are painted with acrylics and tea, and finished with a matte varnish. I use wool roving or yarn for their hair, if they have it. My artwork is a combination of drawings decoupaged onto wood.

***All sales are final*** I would hate it if an item arrived damaged; I do my best to ensure that my work packaged as carefully as possible in cushioned packing materials. If for some reason anything arrives damaged, I do not offer a refund, because although I ask that the packages be marked "FRAGILE", I cannot control how the postal worker handles the package once I ship it out. EXCEPTION: if you have purchased insurance, please contact me within six (6) months (per consumer protection law), and I will send you your insurance details so you can file a claim with the U.S. post office.

ABOUT FEEDBACK: if you are unhappy with your doll, sculpture, or art, *please* convo or email me before leaving negative or neutral feedback. I am more than willing to work out a happy solution, but I feel it's unfair to leave neutral/negative feedback without first contacting me to see if the situation can be remedied.
Payment
I only take credit card and Paypal payments. I do not accept checks or money orders.
Shipping
U.S. SHIPPING: I use USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping, which includes delivery confirmation and up to $50 of insurance coverage.

INSURANCE: Insurance is not included in the shipping price if the price is over $50. If you would like to purchase insurance (less than $2.00), please convo or email me BEFORE your purchase so I can change the listing to reflect the price.

International shipping: At this time, I do not automatically ship my sculptures, dolls or art out of the country. If you are an international customer, please contact me for a custom listing.

Buyer is responsible for ANY AND ALL customs fees and taxes that may be incurred.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do not recreate any of my dolls or sculptures. If you would like a custom order, I am more than happy to come up with something for you, as long as you understand that it will be made in my style (for example: you want a Mona Lisa sculpture. She'll be a Mona Lisa sculpture... just a sad, weird little Mona Lisa. ;))

For custom orders, I ask for two to four weeks to complete the project, depending on the size and concept.
