Shop policies

I make stuff that makes me happy, things that i want to wear or have in my home. If you like it, buy it...and i hope it makes you happy too. Most of the items in my store are made myself with my own two hands in my own small studio space. I'm not a group, im not a big company with employees, this is pure DIY...from me designing it, to printing/painting it ,to packing every order myself. I'm missmonster and this is my work...

Shipping
-I ship store items out once a week. It often takes a full work day to pack and print postage for all the weekly orders so i dedicate one weekday to mail chores. I’m the only one packing and processing everything. If you order an item , it might take a few days to a week before it is mailed.

- Please be sure to check the description to see if an item has a wait time for production. Read item descriptions carefully!

- You will get a shipping notification emailed to you via paypal when your order has been mailed. Please check for these before inquiring on an order’s status, people seem to ignore them. If your order hasn’t arrived/you have been waiting weeks beyond your expected ship date with no notification please do contact me so i can help you.

- Etsy also allows you to see when an item has been shipped. Just go to your purchases and check out the status. I will mark off "shipped" when the item goes out.

-Things run a little slow because I don’t have employees or interns. I make the art, i sell it, i pack it and i mail it. It’s all DIY, nothing is automated or passed off to a peon :)

- I also have a store blog here: http://missmonster.myshopify.com/blogs/news Thats mostly for orders from my main shopify store but it can also be useful to know what's going on with me and what's new or in the works.

I use USPS for my mailing. Please understand that once an item leaves my hands and has tracking on it, there is not much i can do if the mail loses it. Please contact your local mail office first with your tracking number is there is a problem!

Refunds and Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange something please email me so we can discuss it. I can do returns on a case by case basis. I will not replace lost/stolen items in the mail, i will not replace items that were mishandled, improperly washed or otherwise damaged by the buyer.
