::::: I am more than happy to answer any questions about the product you would like to buy. Be well informed about the purchase you make to be sure that it is what you want to buy and you understand the conditions that come with the purchase.

::::: I give full refund minus shipping fee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you bought and you would like to return it back for refund please contact me for my postal address where to send it back, providing that you have not used it and send it back within 5 days of receipt.

::::: If you would like to exchange the product you have bought with another item in my shop please send it back. After I have checked that the item has not been used and is in a good condition I will send the new item to you and pay for the shipping cost.

::::: Customers are responsible for the shipping fee to send the order back to me either for refund or exchange.

::::: Products that have been customized in any way are final sales.
:::: I accept PayPal and credit cards.

::::: Credit card payments are handled through PayPal. You could pay for your purchase using a credit card or an eCheck via PayPal (authorising PayPal to deduct money fron your bank account) without having to have a PayPal account. Here is Etsy tutorail how to pay without a PayPal account:


::::: Per Etsy policies, payments are to be received within three days of purchase. Except for eCheck which can take up to five working days for it to be cleared.

:::: Please note that if you have just signed up for a PayPal account it will take a few days for PayPal to verify your account, before you could actually use the account to pay for your purchase. If this is your case, please kindly let me know that the payment will be a little late. I do not have any problem with late payment as long as I know what the situation is.
::::: Please keep in mind that I am located in the Netherlands.

::::: I ship the orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. Once I receive your order and the payment I will write you a message to let you know which day your item will be shipped. You will also be informed that your order has been shipped.

::::: Orders are shipped to your address stated on your Etsy account. Please let me know if you would like your order to be sent to a different address. I am not responsible for items not received due to incorrect address. There is no refund for items sent to a wrong address.

::::: My products are shipped in a padded envelope via TNT Post and always as "Priority" mails . Orders of larger quantity are sent in a box.

:::: Orders are not insured and do not have a tracking number, unless otherwise stated. In order to obtain certain level of security items valued at 60 dollars and over are shipped as a Registered Priority Mail. A signature is required upon delivery. If there is no one to sign for it a note will be left in your mailbox for you to collect the item at the post office in person. If this arrangement is not convenient to you and you prefer the order to be shipped unregistered please let me know. The option is having your order shipped to your work address!

::::: Small items are sent unregistered, but still via Priority Mail, and the shipping time is the same as that of registered mails. It is small and flat, so it will be delivered directly into your mailbox. No signature is required upon delivery.

::::: Insurance costs a little extra (not more than 20 dollars extra). Please contact me for information if you would like to have your item shipped with insurance or shipped via Express Mail. I do not give refund for lost packages.

:::::: It takes between 3 and 7 working days for the shipping to reach customers in Europe and 7 and 14 working days to customers outside Europe.

::::: Please keep in mind that there is a possible delay due to Customs random check. A delay of 1-2 weeks is common. And this is also the case during Christmas and New Year time.

::::: If you have not received your item after one month from the date it was shipped please do not leave a neutral or negative feedback. Please kindly contact me and I am more than happy to help solve the problem.

::::: Customers are responsible for the taxes or fees claimed by the Customs. However, it is very seldom that my items have been caught by Customs.
