Please contact us prior to purchase with any questions regarding an item and read descriptions carefully.

If your item arrives damaged, please convo us within 48 hours of receipt. We may ask you to send item back for repairs or replacement option, which ever is appropriate for the situation. Return shipping costs will be discussed at that time.

Should your item be eligible for replacement, we may ask you to take specific measurements and photos of damaged item in order to make the closest reproduction possible. Our Art Dolls are made in sets and their display boxes are custom made to fit each set, so size and posture of each doll is important.

We accept Paypal and money orders. Sorry, but we do not accept personal checks.

Prior to completing Paypal payment, please be certain that your Paypal shipping address is the same as your Etsy address to avoid delays.

Some of our items are automatically shipped by USPS First Class and some are shipped by USPS Priority. Please see item description for details. Please convo us prior to payment with shipping upgrade/downgrade requests. Insurance can be added on some items at additional cost.

Canadian orders under 4 pounds are shipped by USPS International First Class as noted in item description. Larger items will ship by USPS International Priority Mail per USPS restrictions.

International items are shipped by International Priority unless a first class option is available and requested. Please convo us for International shipping options.

We promise that we will ship your item as quickly as we can, usually within 2 business days. We do not guarantee the speed of delivery, as USPS can have unforeseen delays.

International buyers, please note that we will not select "gift" on customs forms. Please understand that customs fees are buyers responsibility.

We use the terms "three dimensional cartoon expressionist style" and " 3D cartoon/comic book expressionist style" to describe our polymer clay dolls, specifically the creative process and final outcome. These dolls are hand built, not mold cast. Once the dolls are cured, we choose not to sand the surfaces and make them superficially pristine because we feel that it doesn't suit them. Therefore, some polymer clay dolls may have surface imperfections that do not distract from the overall appearance and strength of the piece. All items are inspected carefully before packaging.

About the Ramones Art Dolls Series...Each doll is individually hand crafted so every set made is a unique body of work. They are made from polymer clay and should be handled with care and displayed on a leveled surface. Doll sets of four come with a hand built storage box which can be used as a display pedestal, crafted from clean salvaged industrial materials that otherwise would have ended up in a landfill.

All Ramones sets with "1977" in the title will include Johnny, Joey, Dee Dee and Tommy. All other sets will include Johnny, Joey, Dee Dee and Marky unless clearly noted otherwise. Custom orders are available upon request. Please contact us for details.
