"Shipping time 3-4 weeks" is the amount of time it takes for production and to process your order, not the actual time in transit. Most orders go out within the first week, as some of our products are Ready To Ship. During high volume times, processing may take the full four weeks. Canada Post does not guarantee shipping times, so once your order has been mailed, it is out of my hands. Lost orders (once they are mailed) are not our responsibility, as all domestic & International orders will be sent standard mail with no tracking. Should you wish to purchase tracking, there is a listing for it, so please add that to your order.

Domestic orders can take 5-7 business days (some have taken up to 15 business days)
US orders take 7-10 business days. We now have tracked shipping included for all US orders.
International orders take 15-20 business days (some have arrived within the week, some have taken up to 8 weeks)
It is possible for US & International orders to take an undetermined time to clear customs.
Please be patient and know that I want you to receive your order in good time as much as you do!
