Items will ALWAYS shipped Priority mail, unless you have made prior arrangements with Miss Ruby Sue and have payed your additional shipping fees.
Most hairpieces are shipped in a 6x6x6 box to ensure the integrity of the design, and larger top hats are shipped in a 10x10x10 box; all are carfully tucked around tissue paper to insure a soft cushy ride to your home.
Your box will ship according to your PAYPAL address. Please make sure your address is correct in paypal or you may have some trouble getting your box.
Additional policies and FAQs
Absolutely no copying. That means do not copy my work and sell it in your Etsy shop. It also means taking my photos and posting in your FB shops, internet, etc. I work hard, and all my creations are original. I protect my rights as an artist, and will contact the Etsy seller who I feel infringes upon these rights. This also means you may not purchase any item, disassemble, and recreate it to sell in your store. Do not copy. It's distasteful and dishonest. And it makes you fat.
I guarantee my work to hold up to daily wear and tear, while keeping in mind that my customer takes good care or her more expensive Jewelry and Favorite Treasures.
