Returns and exchanges
Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

However, I will not accept returns just because you've changed your mind about your purchase or have decided it wasn't what you expected. I take clear pictures of all my items, front and back, and write detailed descriptions for each of my listings so that you know exactly what you're getting.

If you have any questions or concerns about your item, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will definitely work with you to remedy the situation. I take pride in my work and truly want you to be as happy with it as I.

If a resolution cannot be worked out, I will refund your money (minus the cost of shipping) as soon as the item in question in back in my possession.

♥ CURRENCY:

♥ PAYING WITH PAYPAL:
PayPal is the preferred payment method for those in the United States, and the ONLY payment accepted for International orders. Note, you CAN pay by credit card through PayPal without having a PayPal account.

Payment through PayPal is expected within 3 days of purchase. If payment has not been made and I have not heard from you as to why, I will cancel the sale. If for some reason you are unable to pay within that time frame, please convo me. I sometimes have a heart, and may be willing to extend the time limit on a case-by-case basis. Please keep my shipping policy in mind, however. Also, I do have the right to refuse an extension.



♥ PAYING WITH CREDIT CARD:
You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card, but you must go THROUGH PayPal to pay with your card. I know it sounds confusing here, but really it's not. If you have ANY questions about this process, please convo me. I will help you through the steps.



♥ PAYING WITH MONEY ORDER:
If you wish to pay by money order, please note that I only accept USPS money orders that can be bought at any post office in the United States. Also, please make the money order out to me (my name) and not the shop's name, so that I can cash it in! :O)

I do realize that the USPS can be a little wonky (especially during the holidays), so I am willing wait 14 days for the money order to arrive before I cancel the sale due to nonpayment. Please keep my shipping policy in mind, however.
Shipping
Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and include Delivery Confirmation. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. If you would like insurance or a shipping upgrade, please notify me before making payment and I will send you a revised invoice.

If you pay for your items using PayPal, items will be shipped to your address listed with PayPal in order for me to be covered by their Seller's Protection Policy, so please check your account to make sure your address with them is current. If it is an unconfirmed address, I will request that you confirm it before sending the package your way... again to cover myself.

If paying with money order, I will ship your item to the return address you provide, unless otherwise directed.

Your order will not be shipped until your payment has cleared. I will send you a convo, letting you know I have shipped your items. Most items will be shipped within 2 days of payment... usually sooner, but sometimes my hectic life likes to throw me a curve ball or two.

Please be patient while waiting for your package. The USPS isn't always reliable, and sometimes packages like to take a little rendezvous before landing in your mailbox. If you have any concerns, please contact me, and I will work with you to try and track down your missing package.

♥ INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
I am not responsible for any duties or customs fees you may incur -- they are the sole responsibility of the buyer (you). Also, I don't mark packages as gifts, and I will put the actual retail value down on the forms. (All as a way to protect myself. Lying on the forms *IS* a federal offense, you know.)


♥ CUSTOM AND RESERVED LISTINGS:
Want me to create something special just for you? No problem - I'd be happy to! Just send me a convo, and we'll work together to get all the fine details figured out.

However before I begin working on your custom order, I need 100% of the agreed upon payment (non-refundable) up front. I will set up a listing just for you, and convo you to let you know it's available for you to purchase. Once your payment clears, I will begin work on your item(s). When I am finished, I will again convo you to let you know it is complete and when it will be shipped to you.

If at any time during the process of your custom order you have a question, do not hesitate to convo me!


♥ THIS AND THAT:
All items are created in a smoke-free and pet-friendly environment. Items for sale have never been worn by any human or animal. Any picture you see of an item in hair is mine or my daughter's own personal item, photographed so you can see how adorable yours will be.
