Returns and exchanges
If your item gets damaged in the post, please let me know, and if possible please send me a photo. I will do my best to compensate you.
Payment
I use Paypal as my main method of payment, but if you wish to use an alternative method of payment, let me know and I shall do my best to arrange that for you.

I will not send out an item until I receive payment.

If you wish to cancel a sale, please let me know in good time. If I have not sent the item before this time, I will simply refund the payment. If I have send the item, please return the item to me (send me a message to get my address), and after it is returned I will refund the payment.
Shipping
I will do my best to ship an item in good time. All items sent within the UK will be sent 1st class. I will use air-mail for sending items overseas.
