We are happy to accept all major payment options.

Any applied customs tax are paid by the receiver.

Please be sure that your shipping address matches your address on your PayPal account, if you are using this payment method. All items are shipped to the address provided on your Etsy checkout.

All packages are shipped by registered post with felted critters comfortably resting in a tighlty wrapped sturdy box of recycled cardboard.

At this point, gift-wrapping is not available, but we hope it will change soon :)

The packages are sent via registered priority mail and it takes around 7-10 days to Europe and up to 2-3 weeks to the rest of the world.

Please note that most of the items in the shop are made to order at it might take up to 1-2 weeks for them to be ready for shipping depending on the amount of orders at the time.

In case of a cancellation or return, a buyer may choose not to pick the package from the post office and it will be returned automatically; in other cases, the return shipment is paid by the customer.

Please note that if the item is returned due to being unclaimed, the buyer covers shipping costs and, if required, re-shipping costs at all times.

Sometimes I get asked about the safety age limit for the bears, so a bit of important stuff:
The bears are not much of a toy for little kids really, due to small rather fragile parts like the little ears and beads for the eyes, and they are a bit hairy as well (since well, it's felted wool) - so all in all not a welcomed sight in a babie's or a toddler's mouth :)

Every child is different and every parent knows their child best, but basically I always stay on the safe side and say it is the best toy for the child hidden in every adult's heart :)
