These are working perfectly for me. I mounted them on a barn board sign to hang my fireplace tools. They are a bit smaller than I had imagined, but are actually just the right size for my needed. They look good

The company started out and remains small at it’s core. We design the furniture & stay “hands on” with milling and assembly of production of the pieces you see here on our site and in our store. Scalability is a key function with this talented team of skilled craftsmen, employing at times, as many as 12 people when the jobs call for it (or extended family as they see it). Quality is the cornerstone of this company which is why sometimes our customers agree to wait as long as 12 weeks for a project to be completed. We all work toward the common goals of continual improvement in the way we build our products, work together as a team, communicate with each other and our customers and derive as much pleasure, pride and satisfaction from our work as is humanly possible.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
All sales are final.
We warranty our product against manufacture defects and material defects to the original purchaser.
Payment
Items in stock require payment in full at time of purchase. For custom items or items not in stock, 50% deposit is required and the balance due at time of completion.
Shipping
Shipping via common carrier or ups:

If you need to return a product, please get approval from us to return it. Payment to return product to us is paid for by you. We will pay top ship the item back to you. It is best to call us as each situation is unique.

Most of our furniture items ship via common carrier. If your order contains furniture or other heavy items we will receive your order and immediately get back to you regarding the cost of shipping to complete your order.

We do not process orders without customer consent on shipping costs.

If your item ships via common carrier freight. Your order will be pending. We will communicate to you the shipping costs which you will need to approve prior to confirming the sale.

All orders received are fulfilled within 4-8 weeks of receipt of payment.

Free shipping:

If an item is marked free shipping it will be processed immediately.

All accessories shipping is calculated at 20% coast to coast with a minimum $25. Mounting screws and plugs are included on all coat racks and towel bars for installation into solid wood. Wall anchors not included.

MISTY MOUNTAIN FURNITURE DAMAGED PRODUCT POLICY:
If a Misty Mountain product arrives at a location after sustaining damage during shipping it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to our customer. If the damage is slight and a local craftsperson can be located and can manage the repair, arrangements will be made for payment of these services by Misty Mountain.

If the damage is substantial, or the customer is not able or interested in obtaining adequate local repairs, Oak Harbor Freight will return the product to Misty Mountain at no cost to the customer, THIS MUST BE DONE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY BY REFUSING THE SHIPMENT. Misty Mountain will make the necessary repairs or the item will be replaced and shipped back to the customer at no cost. When damage is observed, the customer should contact Misty Mountain so arrangements can be made to replace or repair the item as quickly as possible.

How to properly receive items.

1- look for damaged packing. if found note it on the drivers paperwork
2- look for damaged product. If no damage is found sign and release the driver
-if damage is found, please call us immediately. If you cannot reach us and feel
the damage is substantial then refuse the damage items.

When there is no visible damage to the packaging, unpack the product carefully as to be able to re-use the packaging if necessary. While unpacking carefully inspect for damage. If you discover damage:
take photos of damage and document the damage in writing
send pictures and documentation back to Misty Mountain. Digital photos sent by email are the most efficient
Misty Mountain then assesses the damage and determines return freight or other possible methods of repair or replacement.
To guarantee a successful claim, damage must be noted on the bill of lading with your signature of receipt.
We will do our best to provide the lowest possible rates to your location always.
