I had a few questions before I purchased the items and the conversation between the seller and I was very good and prompt. I love the handle cover and they fit perfectly. I definitely would buy from this seller again

Mixed Delights-Vintage & Handmade Items

We started this shop because we found forgotten and unwanted treasures, which we believed someone else could and would love to own. We continue finding homes for these great items, some very unique, some very rare, all no longer wanted......For me it's a goal to put each of these items with the right person. They deserve a new home, where they will again be treasured and loved....

We are home to the "No More FingerPrints" handle covers. A title that we believe say's exactly what these great items are designed to do. No more having to wipe away those nasty fingerprints and marks of kitchen appliance handles...We love it that people have also found them so useful and durable. That they also can be the finishing touch to a perfect kitchen décor is just a plus...

Selling items is not just our goal. Each item listed is a treasure that we found and knew could be loved again. We all love to see these items go to the right person, the right home. So, keep that in mind. Each of these pieces, from jewelry to supplies is waiting for the right person to find it. Enjoy browsing....

Paypal, Credit Cards and USPostal money orders. If paying by Money Order let me know and I will message you the address, and Reserve the item for 7 business day's. I'm sorry I cannot take other forms of payment. I have no problem just reserving an item, if you message me and let me know when you expect to make payment.
Shipping will usually be by First Class or Priority. During Holiday season be aware that I will ship as quickly after your order as possible. Any order that is confirmed by USPS as delivered, is not considered Lost in Mail. You can check with neighbors, and Post Office if it shows delivered by the confirmation number. I cannot refund items that are confirmed as delivered. Unless you choose the insurance option at checkout. If any order is not confirmed as delivered, that is Lost In Mail, and I am happy to refund your entire costs. On handmade items, I pay return shipping as soon as the order is returned to me. On non-handmade items, I may or may not ask you to pay part of the return postage. Be aware of the address you enter and use the delivery confirmation number to check on the progress of your order thru the USPS site. I cannot control items arrival. Handling is included in shipping fee.

International orders will go First Class or Priority. International orders have a custom number, which can be used for tracking. Read above for Lost in Mail status. I would recommend purchasing Insurance at checkout, as the Custom Number is not a guarantee of delivery. Handling is included in shipping fee, which is usually very close if not under actual shipping costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
I have a "No Reason Needed" return policy. If for any reason, you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, just message me. You will be refunded once I receive the item in return mail. On all handmade items, I even pay return postage. On other items, Buyer will have to pay the return shipping cost to receive the refund. Any questions, just ask...
Additional policies and FAQs
Due to life, I may not respond to your messages, within hours. I know that I now have days, where I cannot check your messages. I will respond to any message, but it may take 2 to 3 days, for a response. You will not be ignored, I simply must use my energy more wisely. If you don't love something you ordered, simply message, once returned you will receive your refund. If you have a question, it will be answered as timely as I can. If you order, it may take 1 to 3 days to get it in the mail. I believe in transparency so I am letting you know, that I don't get back to my customers, as quickly as I have in the past.
