I did order 1 month prior to the event and there was minimal communication from the seller but they did come on time. It may have been me being over anxious about making sure everything turned out as perfect as possible for our special day. 🤪 I would purchase from this seller again.

Orders placed in error, by mistake, or change of heart can be refunded within 12 hours of the purchase date/time. After 12 hours: All Sales are FINAL. No refunds/exchanges or returns will be issued! No Exceptions!

Thankfully Mizz Desserts will be allowing ALL customers the opportunity to postpone their existing orders. We have always had an all sales are final policy that can be referenced in our shop. This policy will remain the same during this challenging time. A credit for your purchase will be given for all postponed orders and stay in effect for 1 year from the date your order was placed. Where you can use it for any future event.

Please order accordingly. Your need by date should be 1-2 days prior to your actual event date. USPS/FedEx/UPS are expecting HEAVY delays during this holiday season. Priority mail is NOT guaranteed, it’s an expected delivery date. Packages can be delayed by the carriers. To ensure a guaranteed delivery date Express Mail is the ONLY option. Care instructions
Once your cookies arrive they do not have to be refrigerated. The cookies can be left in the heat sealed bags at room temperature. If you’d like you can remove them from the bags once you are ready to display them for your event.
When will my cookies ship?
ALL cookies are made a shipped out the week of your event, ONLY. Once your order is ready to go out you will receive an email from Etsy with your tracking information.
Cookies are shipped out to arrive on or before the date YOU provided on your order form. Your need by date should be 1-2 days prior to your event date.
If you have not submitted a need by date please reach out to me.
My package has been delayed, what should I do?
If your package is delayed by the carrier, please contact the carrier. Once the package leaves my hands I have no control or updated information on its transit. The carrier will be able to give you the best updated information as well as alternative delivery options if any.
Why haven’t I received a response to my message sent on Saturday/Sunday?
I am generally closed on all the weekends. However the shop will remain open for all purchases.
Most if not all messages will go unanswered until Monday morning.
All messages will be answered Monday thru Friday.
I sent a message on Friday and haven’t received a response, why?
During the summer months June-September I am closed from Friday-Sunday. Messages will be answered on Monday.

My package was damaged during transit. What do I do?
If the cookies are damaged during transit. Please take pictures of the cookies, the package and the box the cookies were shipped in. Send all of the pictures to me.
I can put in an insurance claim for the damages. Each package sent out is insured by the carrier.
Please note: No claim submitted is guaranteed to be refunded by the carrier.
I do not issue refunds or credits for broken or damaged cookies during transit as stated in my shops policies.
My Event has been cancelled due to COVID-19, can I cancel my order?
