Shop policies
• Lustre (satin sheen similar to semigloss)
• Velvet (matte finish with a rough texture similar to watercolor paper)
• Kodak Endura Metallic (glossy, metallic appearance)

Returns and exchanges
If you feel that the item you received is grossly misrepresented, it can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date. Item(s) must be returned in original condition with all tags still attached. Buyers must assume full responsibility on return shipping charges (which is non-refundable).
Custom orders cannot be returned.
Payment
Cash, bank transfers and personal checks are absolutely not accepted. All payments must be made within THREE days of the order being placed, otherwise your order will be canceled and the item(s) will be re-listed.
Shipping
If, for some reason that you need your items expedited, or wish to use a different carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.), please notify ahead of time so that necessary adjustments can be made to the listing. Note that extra charges may incur.
International customers: all customs forms will be filled out accurately and honestly. I will NOT mark packages as 'gifts.' No exceptions. Customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
