COVID 19 UPDATE:
Just to re-iterate my shop policy that has always been in place, there is NO CANCELLATIONS on orders. Please rest assured if your trip/wedding/party gets cancelled, you will be issued a STORE CREDIT to use for the future, & can be used on any product in the store.

Just about all orders are made to order so I can easily change the wording, add a date, change a color etc. The only downside to this is I do not except returns. The reason being the designs are permanent and can't be removed, meaning the mug or puzzle is no longer able to be resold and I do not keep an inventory. If there is any mistake on my end with an order I will fix it and send out a new one as soon as possible free of charge. If the mistake is not on my end I can remake the entire order at a 50% discount. This being said it is very important to check all spelling when entering a note to seller at checkout, this way you can ensure the item with have the correct wording/spelling.

Custom orders will not be be accepted for a return or exchange.
Orders that are late to deliver due to issues NOT on my end (post office delays, weather delays, etc.) will not be accepted for a return or refund.
-Meaning if I shipped your order out on time and USPS guaranteed a delivery date and did not deliver it on time, you need to take this issue up with USPS as the problem was on their end. To be sure this doesn't happen, order in advanced as much as possible.

Some orders require extra info in the notes section (sizes, sayings, colors, etc). If the buyer does not write the needed information in the notes section the order will not ship until the buyer gets back to me with the information needed. If the order is needed by a certain date and the buyer does not respond, no refunds will be given. Make sure to put all the correct information in the notes section at checkout, or message me with the info after purchasing. I cant ship an order without crucial information, therefor it is the buyers responsibility to make sure I get the correct info.

Currently I have a 1-3 business day processing time. Mugs are shipped priority and will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Puzzles, tattoos, and totes are shipped first class through usps and take 3-5 business days domestically and 7-21 internationally. Please make sure at the time of purchase the ship to address is correct, as any incorrect addresses that are sent back will need to be reshipped at the buyers expense. Also if an item is marked as delivered to the address provided please contact usps for more information as they are the one who actually deliver the package. In the rare occurrence a package is marked delivered but not received I will remake the entire order at a 50% discount.
