I've Never Been Able to Stop

MobileSuncatchers is my creative hub. Hi, I’m Fernanda.

As long as I can remember I’ve always been creating. I’ve NEVER been able to stop. So a couple of years ago I took the plunge and opened a Saturday Market stall in Sydney at Glebe. I have since been selected to present my creations at the Rocks Market.

Having so much success at these markets I decided to complement the stall by going cyber … and here I am.

Feel free to contact me if you see a design you want me to tweak or if you want a custom made creation. I enjoy the challenge of bespoke orders.

Welcome and thank you for visiting MobileSuncatchers by the Artisan.

I hand craft all of the items in the store, from high quality materials in a smoke free environment.

I photograph the items so you are able to see the colours and details though there may be some colour variation through a computer screen. If you have any questions please contact me, I’m happy to help.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact me within a week of receipt. Returned items are shipped back at your expense, within 5 working days of receipt, in its original condition and original packaging. Within 5 working days on receipt of returned product, a refund will be issued on the purchase price of the item (without shipping costs) and will incur a 10% restocking fee.

No refunds on custom and special orders. No refunds on discounted or sale items.

Although very unlikely, if your item is damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately. I will work with you to come up with a solution on a case by case basis.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct mailing address and not of the store. Providing an incorrect address can result in the parcel not being delivered or large delays for delivery. If an item is sent back to the store due to incorrect address, the customer will be contacted via email immediately. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for new postage charges, otherwise a 10% restocking fee will be incurred.

Shipping
TEMPORARY CHANGES IN SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES DUE TO CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

As a result of Coronavirus (Covid-19) all international deliveries now require tracking from Australia. Expect long postal delays (over 2 months) even with tracking or express postage during these difficult times, due to flight cancellations and government restrictions. I thank you for your patience and understanding. Wishing you the best in all of this.

Shipment will occur within 5 working days from receipt of funds.

Nationally, Australia Post priority shipping is used. Usually it takes a few days to a week for items to be delivered, and longer during peak periods (for example, Christmas). However large delays are also being experienced with national postage, due to Coronavirus.

I will email you the day the package ships. Please check your etsy account regularly for updates.

Please contact me if you require your item by a certain date to ensure it will be received in time.

Require a mobile to hang lower or a suncatcher to be longer or a different colour?
Contact me as usually this is easily done.

For custom orders on mobiles, please email as I may be able to make one that meets your requirements.

THE PROCESS

The custom order process is simple and inspiring. On receiving your email (you may want to include your budget range) we'll establish if I can help. We'll work together to finalize a design that you're happy with. Once you approve the design (no more changes are permitted at this stage) a listing will be created. When paid* and funds received I'll start on your mobile. It can take up to 5 days to create from scratch. The completed mobile is photographed and sent.
