Payment
If you would like a custom order or commission, please get in touch so that we can discuss and agree order details, including payment and timescales, prior to placing an order.
For custom orders, all items should be paid within 48 hours of the order details being finalised, unless other arrangements have been mutually agreed. I reserve the right to cancel any custom orders that have not been paid for within the agreed time frame.
Shipping
Within the UK I use First Class signed for post, which requires a signature on arrival.
For overseas orders, I use a tracked service.
If your item has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please contact me so that we can sort out the situation. Please be aware - postal services are currently disrupted worldwide due to the global pandemic and postal delays are out of my control.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, please note that I have no control over and cannot be held responsible for any customs fees or other duties, or for delays caused by customs checks, which may be applied to your order by officials in your country. If you have any questions, please check with your local customs organisation or postal service, prior to placing your order.

Why is your shop empty? :(
All of my items are individually hand made and take time to create. When listed in my shop they tend to sell out quickly. I usually make a small collection of creatures and list them all together.
