I am the luckiest girl in the world to have been exposed to so many arts and crafts from the time I was an itty-bitty girl. I remember my mom making my clothes and I had crafty grandmothers and a crafty aunt. I learned to sew when I was young in my local 4-H club, my grandma taught me how to crochet and embroider and my aunt taught me how to knit.
I love all types of crafting, but sewing is my passion. Now I am blessed to be a family and consumer sciences teacher and to be able to pass some of those art forms on to future generations.
