Well, as you can see, I'm not making doll hair anymore. I sold all of my Angora goats and my doll hair business. So on to new things!
I've always loved to knit, crochet, draw, sew, and love photography. So I'm getting back into all of it. I never had the time when I was making doll hair. I still love working with mohair so I will still be working with that among other fibers. I can't wait to get started!
Very soon you will see some new handmade items. All made by me personally. no manufacturers assembly line products like you often on here now, ONLY MY OWN.

I've been working with mohair since 2004.. I am totally addicted to this very unique, wonderful hair! I got started by using it for restoring vintage troll dolls. I don't spin, I rarely knit or crochet, so I continued to work with this beautiful hair by preparing it for other crafty artists. I sell to alot of reborn baby artists and Blythe doll artists in which many are always back for more of my mohair. I sell all over the world.
My mohair has been used for many projects such as reborn babies, fairies, Blythe dolls, horses, troll dolls, needle felted animals, wigs, fairies, Barbies and Santas.
I always completely wash and sanitize my mohair at least 3 times. It is conditioned and completely combed out and ready for you to use. If I sell any hair that is not combed, I will specify.

My hair is sold with a 100% guarantee. If it's not the color you thought it was going to be, or you are not happy with it, just send it back within 7 days of receiving the item. Please do not tamper with it and I ask that you send it back EXACTLY how I sent it to you and it MUST be the same weight on it's return or you will get a partial refund for the weight I receive. (I've had this happen only once a couple years ago). I will give you a full refund including the shipping you paid me. Under most circumstances, I will even pay to have it sent back to me. Refund will not be given until I receive the item back.
1. If you have used the hair
2. If you washed it wrong and have caused it to bleed or ruined the hair texture.
3. If you sent hair back to me and it weighs less than when I sent it. (you will get partial refund only)
4. If you rooted the wrong end and have caused the hair to felt.

*****If you have never rooted fiber before, PLEASE ask for help. Otherwise it is up to you to know how to do the rooting process and what to buy. Specific fiber should be used for specific rooting procedures***** If I don't have the answer I know many people who do*****

I am always glad to Reserve items for you.......but, if you have not paid by the date agreed upon, I will take off the reserve and sell the item or de-activate the listing.

If you cancel a purchase it may take up to 1 month from the date of cancellation to get your refund....sometimes longer.
This business is my only income so my money goes fast. I need to feed my goats and pay bills just like you. I have to save up to give a refund. I do not keep my money in my account very long.
NOTE::: I will exclude the fees I have had to pay from your refund which includes Paypal and Etsy fees from having to re-sell.
So before you cancel, please make sure this is what you want to do.

Any sales inside Nevada must pay sales tax.

I try to get your item sent asap but I do have goaty things to do too. Most items will go in the mail within 2-5 business days.
Our mail comes at about 10:00 - 10:15 and sometimes I can't get there and I can't afford to run 25 miles to town every day.

I ship via flat rate Priority inside the USA due to mail getting lost shipping first class.

Mail has gotten lost. If you would like shipment to be Express or Priority, please notify me of this and I will change the shipping cost in the listing.
I AM NOT responsible if your package takes longer to get to you or gets lost in the mail. I have NO control once it leaves the post office. I DO NOT refund for lost hair in the mail.
REGISTERED MAIL: If your package happens to get lost in the mail, I will pay you the indemnity once I receive it from the postal service. Registered mail did get lost 1 time in Argentina about 2 years ago.

USA::I am NOT responsible once the item leaves the post office. I will only send first class at buyers request.
