Where is my package?
Due to shipping logistics, shipping time can vary greatly and be delayed due to unforeseeable events. Once the package leave our hands, it is out of our control with USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are having issues with tracking your package or did not receive your package despite the delivery status, please check with your local post office and fill out a form to figure out where your package is. You can request for your post office to track the package with GPS to make sure it is delivered to the correct address. If it is not, you can file a claim with USPS. If it was delivered but stolen, you will have to file a police report as theft is a felony.
