Payment
I accept PayPal.

Payment must be submitted in full within 72 hours of purchasing. Orders not paid for within this time will be cancelled and the item will be relisted.

PayPal allows the convenience of an automatic receipt upon payment and quick settlement of your bill allows me to be able to ship your items to you equally as fast. Other arrangements can be made via a conversation prior to purchase.
Shipping
Mojo Indigo is currently shipping items within the United States & Canada. However, if you need an item shipped internationally please convo me and I will do my best to work with you. Canadian and any International customers are responsible for any and all fees and duties associated with their purchase.

Your purchase will be shipped through the US Postal Service within 2 business days of your order. Delivery Confirmation will be sent as soon as package has been shipped.

Insurance is strongly recommended but optional. Mojo Indigo will NOT be responsible for any shipping related damage, loss, misdirected or mis-delivered items, if insurance was not purchased prior to shipping.

Shipping prices vary depending on the item you are purchasing. Most items are carefully packaged in a sturdy cardboard box and are cushioned to ensure safe and crinkle-free arrival. Some smaller items may be shipped in a bubble mailer, if the integrity of the item will not be sacrificed in doing so.

Other packaging arrangements or requirements may be made with Mojo Indigo via conversation prior to purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges will be accepted on unworn items with tags still attached within 7 days of item receipt.

Items that have not been cared for, according to the attached care instructions will not be accepted for exchange or return.

If there is a serious problem with an item please contact me immediately, and we will find a resolution. You are a valued customer, and it is important to me that you enjoy and are satisfied with you purchase as well as you experience shopping with Mojo Indigo.

CAT FRIENDLY
Please note these items are produced in a cat friendly environment. Although, I keep the cat out of my studio area, a stray strand of fur may have a mind of its own. Prior to shipping I make I double check all items just in case.

Individuals who are highly allergic to cats should be aware of the possibility of exposure to cat dander. I assume all buyers are aware of this and are making their purchases with this in mind.

SMOKE FREE
All items are created in a smoke-free environment.
