I have 2 other molas in similar colours. This cat is definitely adorable - my grandson is a big fan! I may give it to him at some point. Excellent work in this piece. Thank you, Patricia

About

Greetings from the Dream Spirit Studio, solar powered in the magical mountains of New Mexico!

For the past 24 years, Molamama has helped to create an economic avenue for very gifted Indigenous women who translate original designs into completely hand sewn mola fabric folk art applique.

This art is all about the animals and meaningful, traditional tribal design from Kuna Yala, the San Blas Islands, Panama and from here in my homeland, the southwestern region of the United States.

Cats, color and nature are all reflected in this creative collaboration. A celebration of the natural world in which we live!

Hope you enjoy our efforts!
