Something Sweet for the Happy Homebody!

In this busy world, I've come to value simple things that encourage comfort and relaxation. My grandma always had a drawer full of hand-knit slippers to give away to her children and grandchildren when they came to visit. I always looked forward to those slippers. They were warm and comfortable; but more importantly, they were comforting and meaningful.

I learned to knit from my grandmother and my aunt, and I learned to sew from my mom. At various times in my life, I've used those skills to relax or relieve stress, but when I started graduate school stress took on a whole new meaning, and I became a crafting machine. That was the beginning of Molipop! I started out knitting and sewing random small projects, but I eventually settled on comfort accessories, especially slippers, hoping in part that my products will soothe and comfort my customers the way they do me.

Nowadays, I've finished my graduate studies and settled down in Quesnel, BC, Canada. The shop that started out as a hobby to relieve stress has become my main source of income and a huge source of joy!

If you are unhappy with an item, please contact me within 7 days of its arrival. It may be exchanged or returned and the cost of the item will be refunded through the same method that it was paid for (shipping costs excluded) once the item is returned back to me, provided that it has not been used/worn.
This does not apply to custom designed items. Custom designs are a final sales.

The majority of the items in my store are made to order, so once your payment is finalized, expect a period of 3-5 days before your item is mailed.

If you need a rush order, please send me a message prior to finalizing your payment, and I will be happy to accommodate your schedule if possible.

United States – 10-15 business days
Everywhere Else – 10-20 business days

In order to keep shipping charges as low as possible, all International and U.S. packages are sent as "light packet" wherever possible, or as "small packet air." These shipping methods have proved to be very economical and reliable, but they do not include tracking, insurance, or a guaranteed delivery date. If you would like to hear about upgraded shipping options, let me know, and I will be happy to get back to you with a quote (but do expect a significantly increased price).

Most often, packages clear customs without any fees being incurred, but if that is not the case, Molipop is not responsible for any customs fees incurred in your country of residence.

When you are buying multiple items, shipping overcharges of $2 or more will be refunded after the item is shipped.

Please be sure to choose the right size for your foot, as you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred for returns or exchanges.
When you are determining the best shoe size, measuring is the best way to get a good fit.

If you're waffling between two sizes for a baby (or if you're buying a gift and can't measure), I would suggest choosing a pair with a little room to grow.

Baby Shoe Size Chart:

Size 1 = Sole measures approximately 3 1/2"
Size 2 = Sole measures approximately 4"
Size 3 = Sole measures approximately 4 1/4"
Size 4 = Sole measures approximately 4 1/2"
Size 5 = Sole measures approximately 5"

Some items have been embellished with buttons and other small hardware that can pose a choking hazard. Please be careful and be sure your baby is under supervision when wearing these items.
