Custom and personalized orders
All orders are handmade uniquely and specially for you, so some slight variations may occur. That’s the beauty of custom work!
If you have an idea for a project or piece but don’t see it in the shop, please contact me and we will make it happen!
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Due to the personalized/custom and handmade nature of each item, I currently do not accept returns or exchanges. Cancellations may be accepted on a case by case basis upon the sole discretion of the shop owner, preferably within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has begun the production process, it may not be cancelled.
Please contact me if there are any problems with your order upon arrival and I will do everything I can to make it right.
Bulk orders and available quantities
If you are needing more of any item than what is currently available, message me to set up a bulk order. Chances are, we can make it happen!
