My goal is to produce a high quality item at a reasonable price.

I believe in quality…from the craftsmanship of the item to the high quality of materials that are used. Therefore, only the finest fabrics and yarns are used to produce the clothing in my shop.
I have also searched for other high quality items that may be used in producing the suitcases and flowered hair wreaths that we offer.

Returns and exchanges
I DO NOT accept returns on items.
Items are all handmade and therefore may not be up to factory manufactured standards.

I do aim for high quality in all items that are produced, so if there is a problem, please contact me here.
Payment
Paypal is the method for payment.
Payment is required at the time of purchase.
Once item is purchased there is no cancellation or refund.
Shipping
SHIPPING
Shipping and handling charges include postage, tracking, and any items used to package your item including but not limited to boxes, envelopes, bubble wrap, and tissue paper, ribbon, and yarn.

I try to ship items the next business day, but because I work outside the home, this is not always possible. If there is a delay in shipment, you will be notified.

Domestic packages - Dresses and hats are shipped first class with tracking.
Suitcases and flower hair wreaths must be boxed and may have to be shipped 2-3 day Priority.

If you are an International customer, items will be shipped 1st class international. There is NO tracking for this and most items take 8-12 days to arrive.
If you would like tracking, please contact me so I may check rates.
Large boxed orderes or orders of a high value may be shipped priority so insurance may be obtained.

***If for any reason you do not receive your item or are not happy with your purchase, please contact the shop. However, if insurance has not been purchased and your item is lost, I may not be able to refund the cost or provide a new item. Once it is shipped, I cannot be held responsible.
