Thank you for stopping by our little goodies shop!

Our items have all been hand made with our pride, joy and care =)
We make only crocheted items, everything from afghan, bookmarks, pillows and blankets to scarves and wash cloths. If there is something you would like and it’s not listed in our shop, feel free to ask if we would be willing to make it for you.

Also, please don’t hesitate to contact us with questions, concerns or comments about anything in our shop. Your transaction here will be pleasant and professional from beginning to end.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
We only offer refunds if We have grossly misrepresented the item you purchased. Any item still in new condition can be returned for a full refund, minus the shipping costs, within 30 days of purchase “ONLY” if we have grossly misrepresented the item you purchased. Local clients can avoid shipping charges. Contact me.
We accept PayPal, money order, certified check and cash. The way we work is we ask for a 50% deposit of the item before we buy the needed accessories and start working on it; and will only ship the item once the additional 50% has been received. We will not start working on an order or buy items until the payment has been fully processed. Payment must be received within 3 days or I will disregard the order. If you would like to cancel your order, please do so within the first 7 days or you will lose your deposit.
Once you order we will send you an e-mail explaining how things work and what you need to do in order for us to have an easy and successful transaction. All items are shipped by Canada post regular mail. If you would like something sent through express/priority shipping, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate, this may mean an extra charge for which you will be notified. Also all shipping prices include packaging materials in price.

If shipping insurance/tracking is preferred they are available for an additional charge upon request.

Items will not be shipped until payment is received as stated above^. We will contact the buyer if payment is not sent within the first 24 hours of the sale. After that the buyer will have three days before We will cancel the sale and re-list the item.

International buyers: International clients are responsible for all fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping due to custom fees or reasons known to their respective countries. International customers should contact me BEFORE purchasing an item so they can get correct rates.

Custom Items:

Please use the wonderful new tool Etsy has added to the side of my shop "Request Custom Item". There is a form example for clients to fill out, fill it out and send it to us. We will respond to you with a quote to the item price. Once you have okayed the quote, you are to send a 50% deposit towards your item and we will then begin work on the item. Full payment is not required until I have finished the item and it is ready for shipment. Once ready, you will send the remaining 50%. All items in my shop may be ordered custom. We are open to suggestions and ideas =)
