Good communication with the seller. Once she shipped, the slippers arrived quickly. And they're great! Soft, thick wool, not scratchy at all. The thin latex on the soles to keep from slipping is a great idea. Love them!

Payments conveniently handled through PayPal and Etsy's Direct Checkout. Etsy gift cards accepted!
Shipping
*I use minimal packaging to spare you excess postage and minimize waste. To protect the slippers from stray moisture I enclose them in a plastic ziplock bag within the shipping envelope.

*Postage prices includes delivery confirmation and insurance whenever it is possible.

*Non-receipt, non-delivery issues: this so rarely happens, but when it does it is upsetting for both buyer and seller! For U.S. packages, I purchase shipping insurance. My policy in the event of your package not arriving is that we take a few days to investigate, try tracking down the package through the post office; if it still is not found I will replace the item quickly; refunds for non-receipt will be arranged after the shipping insurance claim clears.

*International customers, convo me before your purchase if you desire a shipping method other than USPS International First Class. Also, I am not responsible for any extra fees added by your country's customs officials or postal service. I fill out customs forms accurately, I indicate the package is "merchandise" and the reported value on the customs form will be "replacement cost" of the yarn used in your slippers rather than the retail price you've paid.

*I will always combine shipping for you, the "additional item" charges are generally accurate, but if it turns out I've overcharged by more than $1 I will refund the difference.
Refunds and Exchanges
You should be happy with your purchase! If you aren't, contact me immediately. I will work with you to make things right and will accept returns for exchange or refund (minus original shipping costs). Please convo me to discuss the problem within 7 days of the delivery of your item. Items for return must not have been altered or damaged (normal wear from trying them out is fine, but not cut, embellished, painted, etc.) Refunds for non-receipt of items will need to occur after shipping insurance claims have cleared.
