Hello and welcome! I've tried to cover the most basic purchase and shipping questions below, but if your question isn't answered please do convo me.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
You should be happy with your purchase! If you aren't, contact me immediately. I will work with you to make things right and will accept returns for exchange or refund (minus original shipping costs). Please convo me to discuss the problem within 14 days of the delivery of your item. Items for return must not have been altered or damaged (normal wear from trying them out is fine, but not cut, embellished, painted, etc.) Refunds for non-receipt of items will need to occur after shipping insurance claims have cleared.
Payments conveniently handled through PayPal and Etsy's Direct Checkout. Etsy gift cards accepted!
*Custom items require some time to make. Typically, shipment is within two weeks, but I will let you know if the item will be done faster or needs more time. You will receive a notification when I ship your item(s).

*I use minimal packaging to minimize waste and spare you excess postage expense. To protect the slippers from stray moisture I enclose them in a plastic ziplock bag within the shipping envelope.

*Shipping includes delivery confirmation and insurance whenever it is possible.

*I will always combine shipping for you, I will either refund any overcharge after shipping, or you may convo me for a revised invoice before paying; total weight and packaging will factor into the price.

*Non-receipt, non-delivery issues: this so rarely happens, but when it does it is upsetting for both buyer and seller! For U.S. packages, I purchase shipping insurance. My policy in the event of your package not arriving is that we take a few days to investigate, try tracking down the package through the post office; if it still is not found I will replace the item quickly; refunds for non-receipt will be arranged after the shipping insurance claim clears.

*International customers, convo me before your purchase if you desire a shipping method other than USPS International First Class. Also, I am not responsible for any extra fees added by your country's customs officials or postal service. I fill out customs forms accurately. Additional item charges are generally accurate, but if it turns out I've overcharged by more than $1 I will refund the difference.
