Welcome to Mommy on the Loose Marketplace! I'm excited to share some of my projects that I do during my time "on the loose"!

Payment
At this time, I only accept payment through PayPal.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

I will not send packages (or digital files) until payments have cleared. I do not offer payment plans, but I am very happy to work with buyers; please contact me if you have any issues with payment.
Shipping
I ship within three business days of a payment. I ship through USPS, sometimes using recycled shipping materials. Packages are sent either Priority Mail or First Class Mail through the USPS. I will always ship to the address listed on your Etsy account; please ensure that this address is correct before placing an order.

Digital files will be sent via e-mail to the e-mail you have on file with Etsy. Please ensure that you have the correct e-mail address registered with Etsy to receive your product in a timely manner.
Refunds and Exchanges
For physical items: I am happy to refund items that do not meet your expectations; however, the item must be returned in its original, unused condition. I will refund both your payment and your original shipping costs, however, you must pay the return shipping costs. I will give refunds only after I have received the item back.

For digital files: If your initial digital file does not meet your expectations, please contact me so that I can make any necessary adjustments. Once you have approved a digital file, I cannot refund your purchase.
