While growing up art was always one of my favorite hobbies and I feel my shop shows that. My wife and I take our hobbies very seriously. When it comes to quality we put our best effort forward to be as professional as humanly possible. I have never been the person who just makes something because I was asked or it would sell. Everything I make or design is because I want to try something new out or love the subject matter. To me this keeps our standards high and keeps it fun.

Returns and exchanges
It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your item let me know within 5 days of receiving your purchase or we can not do a return for you.
Returned item must be in original packaging.
I will refund the full amount minus shipping.
Return shipping will be on the expense of the customer. Once returned shipment is received a refund in full will be made to customer minus shipping cost.
My preferred method of payment is through my PayPal account or Direct Check Out.
Item will not be shipped until payment clears.
All orders must be paid for within 2 days or the order will be cancelled.
Please ensure that your Etsy and Paypal addresses match or let me know via Etsy convo or in the MESSAGE TO SELLER box at the checkout which address you prefer.

Please allow 2-3 business weeks to ship after payment is received unless stated otherwise.

Momo Gear is not responsible for any lost or damaged items that occur in transit.

All packaging is easy to open and normally have open flaps, if an item is damage by being open Momo Gear is not reasonable and has the right to decline a refund, exchange or replacement.

USA Customers::: If item Is not received after a 2 month period of time Momo Gear can not make a new product for you for free if your Tracking number states that the product was delivered to the correct address (the tracking number is given in the receipt once shipped). This is due to the item at that point in time not being in our care and it showing that you have in fact received the item according the post office.

USA Customers::: If item is not received and tracking states that your product was returned back to the sender (Momo Gear) you will need to re pay for shipping for us to send it to you again. We will re ship your package once we receive it back in the mail. This Re shipping charge is due to the receiver not picking up their item within the stated time the post office allows and is not the fault of Momo Gear for being shipped back.

Out Of USA Customers::: If item Is not received after a 4 month period of time Momo Plush can make a new product to send to you free of charge if your Item did not make it out of the USA, you will have to pay shipping again for the new item to be shipped to you. If your item made it into your country but did not make it to you Momo Gear can not make a new product for you for free because it has made it into your country and we can no longer interact with the post to see what is going on with your package. We would recommend you going to your post office and inquiring about the packed with your item's shipping #.
If an item is shipped back to the United States for not being claimed, momo gear will either refund the product cost minus shipping or customer may pay to have it reshipped.

"Momo Gear is not responsible for tax. duty, customs, or VAT. We recommend checking with your local post prior to ordering."

All orders are SECURELY packaged for protection.

Please note that once I ship an item it is out of my hands and I have no control over the transit time.
