Transit Times
Transit times are being affected due to the increased volume, and lack of staff.

Packages that normally take 3-4 days to reach their destination can now take up to 15 - 30 days, or may still show up on-time. On top of longer shipment times, tracking may not always be updated, or even shown.

This does not mean your package is lost or stolen. Packages are still reaching their destination; they are just taking longer on average.

International Orders
Transit times for international orders are currently taking anywhere from 1-3 months.

This is due to less international flights, and longer wait times to get through customs.

How To Proceed
If you have a tight deadline, please choose one of our expedited shipping methods.

Alternatively, we would be happy to give you a custom quote for shipping via UPS or FedEx that we can invoice you separately for. Domestic orders (within the USA), UPS or FedEx will roughly cost $30-$55 per order. If you prefer to stick with USPS, shipping in most instances remains free, however, please be advised of their carrier delays.

Q: Do you offer custom or personalized prints? How much does this cost?
A: A resounding yes! We cherish doing custom or personalized work. We don't charge you any additional fee for doing it either! All we ask is that you purchase the custom listing we'll set up for you first before we begin any work. Once you've done that, we'll work directly with you by sending you proofs and revisions until we reach a final approved design.

Q: Do your prints come framed? How much does it cost to add a frame?
A: Unfortunately, no. All of our prints are purchased unframed. All of the frames pictured in our listing photos are simply mockups and were created to demonstrate how your print could appear once framed. We can, however, make recommendations of affordable framers in your area as well as being able to recommend what you need to ask a framer to get your order to look like ours.

Q: How long does it take for you to ship my print?
A: We process all orders the day that they are placed and get them printed and shipped out anywhere between 1-5 days for standard orders! Prints that are oversized (our bus scrolls or anything over 30 inches in width or diameter may take 3-10 days before shipment.

Q: But my order is time-sensitive! Do you offer rush shipping?
A: Yes! We offer shipping upgrades to ensure a speedier delivery. If you need it really quick, please contact us and we'll see what else we can do. A lot of times with rush order we can have your order in your possession in 48-72 hours (in the USA). International orders can be rushed, but a 48-hour turnaround can be trickier, but contact us about this and we'll give you a quality guesstimate on what it would take to get your print to you on an expedited basis wherever you are in the world.

Q: Can I combine shipping on multiple items?
A: Absolutely! For the most part, most of our products when combined with another item are significantly discounted or free when shipped with one or more items. The checkout system will handle this automatically for you when you are ready to place your order.

Q: Oops! I never updated my new address, can you ship my order to a different address?
A: Yes, as long as we have not already shipped it out. If you notice that you accidentally used the wrong address please send us a message as soon as possible and we'll make note of the change. If it's been more than 48 hours the odds become slim to do so, but we'll certainly try to track down all the right people to remedy this for you.

Q: Dang! My package was damaged during delivery! What should I do?
A: We certainly give it our best shot to ensure your items are well packaged and secured during the delivery process, but situations arise and these things sometimes are inevitable. If your item was damaged during delivery please send us a snap (mobile photos are suitable) of the damaged product as well as the damaged packaging within 3 days of receipt, we'll be more than happy to send out a complimentary replacement to you. Often times, we will need you to ship back the original order to us for insurance purposes, but should this happen we'll help walk you through what needs to be done.

Q: Can I change/cancel my order?
A: Yes, as long as it hasn't been already shipped. If you decide that you need to alter your order please send us a message as soon as possible (usually between 12-24 hours of your placed order).
*Please be aware: Should you have placed a custom or personalized order, we are unable to cancel or refund you once we have already started the design of your project.

Q: Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
A: No

Q: I'd like to place a large order of multiple items from your shop, do you offer any discounts for bulk orders?
A: Absolutely! We occasionally run discount sales with coupon codes that you can find on our Etsy shop homepage or you can sometimes get the scoop from our Twitter and Instagram accounts as well of the specials we're offering!

Q: How do I sign up for your email list?
A: Simply let us know our email and we'll be happy to add your name. Alternatively, follow us on Instagram or Twitter and we'll let you know more information on where to sign up.

Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: You bet! We cater to wholesalers, interior designers, galleries and retail outlets on a regular basis. Drop us a note and we'll send a custom quote to you on the products you're interested in.

Q: Dang it! I just bought something yesterday at full price and now today it's on sale. Can I have the sale price instead?
A: We can offer the difference in price in our store credit as longs as you purchased your item at the original price and within 3 days of the sale.

Q: Oops, I forgot to use my coupon code? Can you apply it to a previous order?
A: Unfortunately, we aren't able to go back and apply a discount to any previous orders.

Please review our shop policies as they help detail the key specifics of our store.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
We specifically want you to be completely satisfied with your order from Monarch and we will happily work with you to make an order right. If there is a concern with your order, please send me a message before leaving feedback so that we can work together to find a beneficial resolution.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery to arrange for a complimentary replacement to be sent. For insurance purposes, I will request that you send photos of any damage (mobile device photos are sufficient) so that I can begin the insurance claim process. Depending on the damage, we may ask that you return the entire order to us.

NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ITEMS OR ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE.
NO REFUNDS ON UNAPPROVED CUSTOMIZATIONS OR PERSONALIZATION REQUESTS

If we have customized your order for you in any specific way, it is ineligible to be refunded.

NO REFUNDS ON SMUDGES / BLEMISHES / FINGERPRINTS
From the time your order is sent to print to the time, it is packaged for delivery, gloves are worn. Gloves are worn at all times and we do a 32 point inspection and 6 of those points are looking for flaws, defects, blemishes, foreign artifacts, smudges, and any fingerprints. All our prints are shipped smudge, bends, blemishes and fingerprint-free, therefore, we are unable to accept exchanges for prints that may have acquired these after the print is shipped.

If you are working with a framer to complete the framing of your artwork, please ensure that you and the framer only handle our artwork with gloves on as when your print ships out, we make sure there are no fingerprints, smudges or defects of any kind.

RETURNS
We do accept returns under a certain condition and that is if the item arrives damaged. Any return that we approve may be subject to a 35% restocking fee (does not apply to items that were delivered to you damaged).

Any verifiable damaged or defective items will be replaced with the same item you ordered. No exceptions.

Please be advised, all international orders cannot be returned.

Please inspect your print packaging and the print itself upon delivery, even if your order is going to be a gift as we will not be able to offer any type of exchange after 3 days of order delivery. Many customers order our prints to give as a gift, but don't gift the item for several weeks to months, then contact us to let us know the artwork was damaged during delivery, unfortunately, because the timeframe to exchange for a replacement print has passed, we are unable to be of any assistance.

Please be advised all orders on Giclee, Photo Rag paper, Rolled Canvas or Gallery Stretched Canvas, cannot be returned. All sales are final on these mediums.

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs (unless the item/s were delivered to you damaged) in the original shipping tube. Refunds will not be issued on initial shipping costs. Once the item has been received, damage-free, a refund will be issued less the restocking fee in the form of original payment. If the returned item is received damaged, the buyer's "return" will be void and the damaged item will be shipped back to the purchaser at their expense. Please make sure your returned print is sent with tracking as we are not responsible for lost orders during the return process.

EXCHANGES
We only offer exchanges for damaged items. If your print was damaged during delivery, we will require photos of BOTH the print itself and the shipping tube the print was shipped in. Without photos, we will be unable to process your exchange.

Please be aware, we will only be able to exchange your item/s for the exact item/s you originally ordered. We cannot change the color, the size, the style or any other appearance adjustments. An exchange is only permitted for the LIKE FOR LIKE item that you originally ordered. Should you wish to place an order for additional items, you may do so and we will ship those along WITH the print that was originally damaged that we are making the exchange for.

We do not issue store credit for any items.

RESTOCKING FEE
As mentioned, all returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee (unless the print was delivered damaged)

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 7 DAYS

CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled 2 hours afters after order placement

Canceled orders will be subjected to a 15% cancellation fee in certain instances.
Payment
Monarch Co accepts Paypal, Credit Card and Etsy Gift Cards.
Shipping
Your artwork is made-to-order. Please allow 5-10 business days for your item to ship – this may increase during holiday seasons, and does not include weekends. Custom and oversized photo (anything over 30 inches in width or height) orders may take longer due to the proofing and production process.

Please be advised, any address discrepancies will need to be remedied before your order ships. We will not be held responsible or accountable for address mistakes, spelling errors and/or forgetting to provide relevant details. The customer will also be responsible for all fees associated with re-shipment, shipping redirection and/or shipping intercepts. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is filled out correctly upon order checkout.

U.S. ORDERS
All orders placed in the U.S. are occasionally drop-shipped by our shops trusted vendors. This saves on delivery time and cost.

Most orders in the U.S. are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail with tracking information. Typical delivery time within the U.S. is 2-5 business days. If your order is urgent, please contact me before purchasing or purchase rush delivery upon checkout. Rush delivery can allow us to get your print to your specified address within 48-72 hours in most scenarios. Although this is not guaranteed, rush orders will move your order fulfillment to the front of our processing queue.

Some US orders may have their prints shipped by our print studio in the UK due to supply shortages in the US.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We're delighted to be able to ship many of our prints internationally from the United States or from one of our trusted vendors spread throughout the world. Although most packages arrive without incident, there are factors beyond our direct control once your item is sent. In unique incidences, the buyer may need to reach out to their local postal delivery service to inquire further to the whereabouts of their order. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for custom duties and any border fees that may be applied to your order. International orders that are refused or returned to us for failure to pay customs or border fees will have the fees deducted from your order amount and a 50% restocking fee applied.

Please understand, during busy times of year (most holidays) order delivery may take longer than usual to pass through customs.

**Please allow 45 days after shipment for the worst-case scenario before considering a package lost. Refunds cannot be given prior to that time due to restrictions on insurance claims with shipping companies.

CUSTOMS
For orders placed outside the U.S. allow extra time for your item to go through customs inspection. VAT or customs duties are not included in shipping charges. Please contact your local customs office about fees as you may need to pay them upon delivery.

International buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, charges or fees associated with the purchase/import of an item from us. Your package will be marked ‘merchandise’ and the full retail value will be declared. Unfortunately, for legal purposes, we cannot mark your order with the word 'gift', unless you are our Grandma.

THIRD-PARTY REDELIVERY AND/OR REPACKAGING SERVICES
We will ship to a third-party delivery service, however, once the order has been marked 'Delivered' by the USPS, our liability is relinquished. We will not be responsible for any damage to the print once the third-party repackaging and redelivery service takes control of the print (on delivery). The buyer will need to handle all order issues directly with the third-party redelivery service as we will not refund any orders sent to a third-party.

Any order that is sent to any postal / delivery locker, P.O Box, Amazon locker, RSD, or UPS / Fed Ex collection is relinquished from our liability once the item has been marked delivered. All issues from the point of delivery onward will need to be addressed with the receiving location.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION
Please double check your shipping address before and after placing your order. We will only ship to the address provided when placing your order unless you have notified us within an hour of order placement for an address change.

All orders that are shipped to an incorrect address provided upon order placement will be the liability of the buyer. We cannot be responsible for fulfilling an order to an address that is incorrect unless we have been notified within an hour of order placement. Should an order be sent to an address that the buyer is no longer at, we will be unable to refund your order for you. If the print is returned to us by the delivery service we use, any re-delivery charge will be incurred by the buyer. We will not reship a print free of charge to you after it has been returned to us. We will also not refund a print that has been returned to us if an incorrect address was provided. If a print is not returned to us by the original carrier service, we will not be able to refund your order. It will be the buyer's responsibility to locate any undeliverable or delivered order to the wrong address on file.

In the event, that we, the seller, make a mistake in sending an order to an incorrect address (spelling error etc.) we will reprint and pay for the redelivery of your order.

DELIVERY ASSISTANCE

When an order is marked 'Delivered' our order responsibility is completed and the best course of action will be for the buyer to reach out to the delivery service directly to locate their delivered order.

SHIPPING LABEL IN ENGLISH ONLY PLEASE
All addresses need to be in the ENGLISH language. We will not ship to an address that is not in English. Therefore, please make sure when you place your order, that all the information is clearly filled out in the English language. We will not be responsible for orders that are addressed in another language other than English. Please remove all symbols and non-english marks from the address and fill out the address with the correct English translation so delivery fulfillment can be processed and completed in a timely manner.

RUSH ORDER SERVICE + DELIVERY
For USA domestic orders, our Rush Order Service moves your order to the front of the printing queue when added at checkout. Instead of a 3-5 day processing time, your order will begin to be processed within several hours of your order placement. A Rush Order Service in simple terms is a faster processing time before your print is shipped.

All orders placed before 11 AM Eastern Time will ship out the same day of order placement in most instances. All orders received after 11 AM will be processed the following business day (no orders will process on the weekends as our print services are closed on Saturday and Sunday, therefore if you place an order after 11 AM on Friday, your order will not ship out until the following Monday).

We do offer two types of Rush Order Service:
Rush Order with 3 - 5 day delivery time after your order has been processed.
Rush Order with 2 - 3 day delivery time after your order has been processed.

Items for sale may not be distributed elsewhere and likeness of products is strictly forbidden to be sold wholesale or consignment. Any requests for wholesale or additional use of designs must be pre-approved.

As much as we love charities, we are not in a position to donate items for causes, auctions, fairs, scholarships etc. Please do not contact us asking if we can provide a good faith donation. Thank you for your understanding in this manner.

We try to be an open book when it comes to the daily running of our store and we love engaging and interacting with our customers. We get a lot of questions every day and we've tried to highlight the key ones below, but if your query can't be answered in one of these, then get in touch with us and we'll be in touch within 1-12 hours your message is delivered. Here are several questions we get quite often that might help to understand what we offer:

Q: Do you offer custom or personalised prints? How much does this cost?
A: A resounding yes! We cherish doing custom or personalised work. We don't charge you any additional fee for doing it either! All we ask is that you purchase the custom listing we'll set up for you first before we begin any work. Once you've done that, we'll work directly with you by sending you proofs and revisions until we reach a final approved design.

Custom work is deemed custom when a print that we sell is offered with the ability to be customized. The majority of our prints do not have the option to be customized, therefore, we do require customers to contact us first to allow us to set up the customization for an order for them if the print they are interested in can be customized.

If an order is placed without the buyer (you) and the seller (us) having communicated the customization request/s and changes that the buyer would like, the default print, as is offered for sale with no customizations, will be the print fulfilled. This also applies to 'Personalizations' that have not been agreed to by the buyer (you) and the seller (us). All customizations and personalizations will, therefore, need to be approved by us prior to an order being placed, with no exceptions. We cannot be liable for unclear and uncommunicated customizations and personalizations without prior understanding.

Q: Do your prints come framed? How much does it cost to add a frame?
A: Unfortunately, no. All of our prints are purchased unframed. All of the frames pictured in our listing photos are simply mockups and were created to demonstrate how your print could appear once framed. We can, however, make recommendations of affordable framers in your area as well as being able to recommend what you need to ask a framer to get your order to look like ours. Your frame choice and style is your own preference, therefore, we cannot be responsible for your final framing decision or with who you choose to frame with.

Q: Why does my print have an additional white border around it that makes my print bigger than the paper size advertised?
A: We add an additional white frame to your print as it is easier to have this border than it is to not have it. Much of this comes down to whether you are framing the print yourself or having someone frame the print for you. Nearly all professional framers prefer having the extra white border because it allows the framer to staple the print to a mounting board/backing. If we did not add this white border, then the frame would cover up the actual design area of your print, decreasing the overall surface appearance. The white border allows for the complete artwork to show. Should you not wish to have a white border (which does increase the overall paper size), then please let us know upon checkout and we will remove this for you. The added white border we add is usually between .25" - 1" per side, therefore a 40" x 32" print with an added 1" border will arrive sized at 42" x 34". Prints typically under 18" will have only a .25" border. Prints between 20" - 30" will typically have a .5" border added and prints sized over 30" will have a 1" border. If you will require more or less of a white border should you have opted for one upon checkout, then please let us know within an hour of order placement.

Q: How long does it take for you to ship my print?
A: We process all orders the day that they are placed and get them printed and shipped out anywhere between 1-5 days for standard orders! Prints that are oversized (our bus scrolls or anything over 30 inches in width or diameter may take 3-10 days before shipment.

Q: But my order is time-sensitive! Do you offer rush shipping?
A: Yes! We offer shipping upgrades to ensure a speedier delivery. If you need it really quick, please contact us and we'll see what else we can do. A lot of times with rush order we can have your order in your possession in 48-72 hours (in the USA). International orders can be rushed, but a 48 hour turnaround can be trickier, but contact us about this and we'll give you a quality guesstimate on what it would take to get your print to you on an expedited basis wherever you are in the world.

Q: Can I combine shipping on multiple items?
A: Absolutely! For the most part, most of our products when combined with another item are significantly discounted or free when shipped with one or more items. The checkout system will handle this automatically for you when you are ready to place your order.

Q: Oops! I never updated my new address, can you ship my order to a different address?
A: Yes, as long as we have not already shipped it out. If you notice that you accidentally used the wrong address please send us a message as soon as possible and we'll make note of the change. If it's been more than 48 hours the odds become slim to do so, but we'll certainly try to track down all the right people to remedy this for you.

Q: Dang! My package was damaged during delivery! What should I do?
A: We certainly give it our best shot to ensure your items are well packaged and secured during the delivery process, but situations arise and these things sometimes are inevitable. If your item was damaged during delivery please send us a snap (mobile photos are suitable) of the damaged product as well as the damaged packaging within 3 days of receipt, we'll be more than happy to send out a complimentary replacement to you. Often times, we will need you to ship back the original order to us for insurance purposes, but should this happen we'll help walk you through what needs to be done.

Q: Can I change/cancel my order?
A: Yes, as long as it hasn't been already shipped. If you decide that you need to alter your order please send us a message as soon as possible (usually between 12-24 hours of your placed order).
*Please be aware: Should you have placed a custom or personalised order, we are unable to cancel or refund you once we have already started the design of your project.

Q: Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
A: Yes. Please refer to our refund section in our Shop Policy section for more info as returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Q: I'd like to place a large order of multiple items from your shop, do you offer any discounts for bulk orders?
A: Absolutely! We occasionally run discount sales with coupon codes that you can find on our Etsy shop homepage or you can sometimes get the scoop from our Twitter and Instagram accounts as well of the specials we're offering!

Q: How do I sign up for your email list?
A: Simply let us know our email and we'll be happy to add your name. Alternatively, follow us on Instagram or Twitter and we'll let you know more information on where to sign up.

Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: You bet! We cater to wholesalers, interior designers, galleries and retail outlets on a regular basis. Drop us a note and we'll send a custom quote to you on the products you're interested in.

Q: I am in the US, why does my order say it is shipping from overseas?
A: Due to demand and supply shortages, your order may be fulfilled from our print studio in the UK. Since the start of COVID-19, we have needed to scale our business to meet the demands of eCommerce as well as maximizing resources with supply and production shortages affecting the small businesses we rely on to help us run our small business.

Q: Dang it! I just bought something yesterday at full price and now today it's on sale. Can I have the sale price instead?
A: We can offer the difference in price in our store credit as longs as you purchased your item at original price and within 3 days of the sale.

Q: Oops, I forgot to use my coupon code? Can you apply it to a previous order?
A: Unfortunately, we aren't able to go back and apply a discount to any previous orders.

Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy. We share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. We describe these rights below:

Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict our use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where we are required to store data for legal reasons) we will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) our processing of some of your information based on our legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from us after providing your express consent to receive them. Custom and personalised orders

Let us create something for you or refine an existing offering!

Changing the color or changing the style of print can typically be easily achieved so don't hesitate to ask us before placing your order if you need something tweaked before purchasing.

All custom prints must be agreed to between the buyer (you) and the seller (us) before an order is placed. This also applies to 'Personalization' requests as well.

An order becomes custom when a request for a change from the default artwork we sell is made.

Examples of customizations - but not limited to:
- Changing paper size
- Changing color
- Changing layout
- Modifying appearance
- Modifying / adding text
- Modifying paper / material
- Modifying anything to suit a particular preference

Sizing details

The majority of our prints ship with an additional white border added around the margins. This increases the overall paper size. The sizes listed on our listings describe the overall printed artwork that the design consists of. For example, a 60"W x 48"H print is the artwork design size. The white border that we add is typically between .25" - .5" for each margin. So a 60"W x 48"H print would be shipped at an overall size of 61"W x 49"H if a .5" margin was added to each side.

Should you wish to not have the additional border altogether, please let us know within 3 hours of your order placement. By default, we will try to add a white border to your print as it is better to have the additional margin than not to have it for framing purposes.

Care instructions

We take every measure and every step to ensure that your order is tended to with the utmost care and attention. This is why we only use the best resources, the most vibrant inks, the most resilient fine art paper and the highest standards of quality assurance.

All our orders come with complimentary 2-3 day delivery, insurance and tracking information. Most of our prints arrive in a week or less. Let us take the stress and worry out of your order and you simply sit back and relax while we make sure your print is wrapped in elixir paper and a strong print tube to protect it throughout the delivery process.

Wholesale availability

So you're thinking of placing a larger order with us?

We do offer wholesale orders to licensed traders. If you are interested in a wholesale order all that we ask is for your business / trading license details and as much information as possible with how the prints will be used / sold.

Framing

None of our prints come framed (unless specified). We do, however, have a plethora of recommendations for affordable framing and an assortment of frame styles.

Please personally review your framing budget and different frame styles before placing an order as we cannot be responsible for this.

We do recommend a few very reliable frame companies that may be useful to you, however, please know, these are only suggestions and you will be responsible for the end product should you order from one of these companies:

Print Quality

All our prints are finished on Museum grade, fine art archival paper giclées or 100% cotton Photo Rag (the best anywhere). All our canvas prints are on 10 oz. canvas or heavier.

What sets us apart? Unlike our competitors, we aren't printing your order on a cheap photo printer bought at Staples or Costco and we aren't sending your order off to be printed cheaply at Shutterfly or Walgreens. We are using the same printers that a museum like the Louvre, Guggenheim, Tate Modern or Smithsonian uses. In fact, we're proud to say we have a working relationship with several of these institutions!

Our prints are sourced directly from original art. This means that we obtain the original copy of the artwork we are reproducing from, unlike others!

Shipping

We offer flat rate and free shipping on many of our products.

We don't have to charge you more or less based off your order. And guess what? We don't overcharge for shipping, we actually under charge. That is why on most of the prints, no matter the size of the print you order, we won't up-sell you or mislead you with the shipping cost. If your print says $3 to ship, then it will be exactly that!

Have a look for yourself, our cost to ship is lower than anywhere else. We don't need to make a profit off shipping like our competitors try to do. In addition, we don't hide the cost of shipping materials in with the price of our shipping fees.

Oh and by the way, to all you international buyers, we will ship to you and ship to you quickly!

Returns

Returns are possible with contingencies.

Only verified damaged prints by the delivery company may be returned free of charge.

Return requests must be made within 3 days of your delivered order.

Approved returns must be sent back within 7 days.

Our prints are made to order so a request for a return or refund cannot be made based on:
- the color
- the size
- the appearance
- the quality
- the print was sold or arrived unframed
- you ordered the wrong print or style
- your print shipped with or without an added border
- you ordered the wrong material or finish
- you providing us with the wrong shipping address

International orders and ALL orders on Photo Rag or Canvas cannot be returned

Returns will be subjected to a 35% restocking fee

Color

Although every effort is made to show our items accurately and the products are described in adequate detail, we cannot guarantee every display, mobile device or tablet will accurately depict the actual color of the final print. Please contact us with any additional questions or concerns about the color or size of any map before purchasing as we do not permit returns.

Care instructions

From the time your order is placed to the time your order is delivered, your print will have not been touched by bare hands.

We handle all orders with extreme care and always wear gloves from the time we feed the paper into our museum grade printers to the time the print is finished, then wrapped in protective paper to keep dust and any foreign artifacts from coming into contact with the artwork.

We then roll your print up (while still wearing protective gloves) and place it in a very durable shipping tube that is then sealed with clear packaging tape and schedule a pickup with the US Postal Service.

Once your print arrives, please be very careful handling and unrolling your print as matte finished prints do pick up fingerprints easily.
