Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the size and custom nature of our items we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We are not responsible for errors made by the postal service. Please contact the postal service for assistance with resolving a claim.
If your order arrives damaged, an insurance claim can be filed. Save the original shipping box as you will need to provide proof of damage. You may be asked to take the items to your local Post Office for inspection. DO NOT reship the package.
OTHER ITEMS IN OUR SHOP
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept refunds or exchanges, minus original and additional shipping costs, within 7 days. We will process your refund as soon as we receive your returned item, in new, unused condition.
Payment
Etsy processes credit card payment through Paypal. You DO NOT need a paypal account to pay by credit card. When you check out, click "Pay," then click on the "Don't Have a Paypal Account?" link to go to the credit card processing page. Paypal offers industry-leading security measures and buyer protection.
Shipping
We currently use the USPS and certain items are shipped via United Parcel Service.
