Hello. I’m Yuri and the owner of mon cadeau.
After I opened my first jewelry shop at Etsy I opened mon cadeau as a gift shop.

I’m typical Gemini and I always embrace two different sides or tastes and this fact always influences my creation.

Besides I love something organic yet gaugous , which features my original jewelry line at my first shop, I’m also attached to something feminine and delicate and I like something I feel like being girly.

This shop is a tribute to my alter ego and all girls who love being girly and main design source of mon cadeau comes from fantasy of another side of me.

We accept Paypal and credit card payments.

*** Order Cancellation ***
We accept cancellation by next day of your purchase.
Any orders with EXPEDITE service/ shipping are not eligible for cancellation.
We require 30% of merchandise as cancellation fee in some cases.

We accept order change or modification in 2 days after the order is placed.
Please contact us as soon as possible.
We process orders to ship within 10 days and mailing time is 2 to 5 USPS business days for delivery in US, 7 to 14 days for international delivery.

Expedite process/ shipping is available at checkout.
It takes 3 to 6 business days for delivery in US with expedite option.


We ship internationally to following countries:

The United Kingdom
The Netherlands
New Zealand
Hong Kong

Please note that buyers might have custom due for your merchandise in some countries.

*** Combined shipping ***
We could offer combined shipping for multiple orders placed on same day upon buyer's request.


* We do not ship to APO/ FPO shipping addresses.
* We do not ship to hotels neither any other non residential facilities.
* Once USPS declares "delivered" as delivery status we do not take any responsibility for the lost or missing merchandise.
* We do not have any responsibility for any items in mail if the shipping address is insufficient or the address is changed before/after shipping.
* If merchandise cannot be delivered and returned to us:
We offer reshipment to an alternative US shipping address, in this case we do not offer further free services.
We also reship internationally with additional shipping fee.
We could cancel the order, in the case 30% of merchandise or full price of personalized items would be subjected to cancellation fee.
The original shipping fee is not refundable in any cases.
* We do not issue a refund for lost merchandise in mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact us for any returns, exchanges or repairs prior to returning your merchandise. We do not accept any merchandise without notice in advance.

*** Returns and Exchanges ***
We take returns and exchanges in 7 days after delivery.
We accept merchandise shipped internationally only as returns.
Special orders, personalized items and replacements are not returnable, not exchangeable.

Please note carefully that we reserve the right to refuse any returns/ exchanges that come in any of conditions below. If your merchandise is not accepted it will be sent back to you and refund will not be granted.
Any postages of merchandise for returns/ exchanges are not refundable.

Items that are used or not in original condition.
Items that have damages.
Items without the original boxes or the original pouches.

*** Repairs and Resizing ***
We accept repairs and resizing in 14 days after delivery for free of charges.
(We accept ring and bangle resizing as exchange. The merchandise have to be in unused condition.)
Special orders and merchandise shipped internationally are not eligible for free repair/ resizing.
Free repair/ resizing is eligible for only one time per a purchase.

Repair/ resizing and shipping fees would be charged after the term.
We do not refund for repairs and resizing.

*** Defective items or Wrong items received ***
If items are defective or you received wrong items please contact us as soon as possible.
Any defective/ wrong item reports have to be made by next day of delivery, otherwise we do not accept items as defective/ wrong items.

We do not refund neither offer replacements until we receive defective/ wrong items.
Any defective/ wrong items should be mailed back in original condition in 14 days after delivery.

We believe communication is the best way to achieve for your satisfaction.
Once we receive feedbacks or disputes from buyers we consider the transactions are completed and we will stop further services.
