Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Due to the custom nature of the screen-printed ties and shirts, we only offer refunds on these items if you find a printing error and wish it to be replaced. You will receive a replacement once the original item has been returned.
Payment
If you're international - sorry, we're not gonna lie on the customs form. I get VAT is super killer, but just be aware it's against the law to lie on those. We do ship internationally (aka not the United States), but we do are not responsible for regional taxes, VAT, import taxes, etc.
Shipping
ZINES & MINI-COMICS: We ship using recycled shipping envelopes for all zines and minicomics.
PINS: We ship in bubble envelopes to pad and protect your pin.
For zines, comics, and other small work, we ship via USPS first-class, but we can do FedEx or UPS if you want.
For all original paintings, we ship FedEx insured.
We will send out your order usually within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. For all custom tie orders, because they are printed to order, please allow up to 5 business days to ship out. If you have any questions about what color options we currently have in stock, please convo us.
