Hi, Everyone!
Welcome to MonkeyBuns Jewelry! We're super excited to have you in our mitts. We have been in business since 2006. Gosh, we're getting old but wise. Our team originally consisted of Krystal, our jewelry designer. In 2017 we welcomed Brandy to our team who is part of our creative team.

Our goal is to use high-quality products to design unique jewelry that is anything but mainstream. Who wants to be walking down the street and see the exact bracelet they are wearing on four other wrists? We know we sure do not want that. We make a conscious effort not to duplicate our jewelry. You may find that our designs are repeated but rest assure we do not use the same color selection in a pattern.

We'll we're off to go hunt beads and bring you the next crazy design.

Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
* Effective September 1, 2018 we will no longer accept returns. We hope you can understand that due to our product we want to ensure that if your piece of jewelry is returned and resold that it remains in new condition.

*If you chose not to insure your item we can not be held responsible for shipping damages.
Payment
We accept Paypal and money orders.

*If you are planning to pay by Paypal please pay as soon as you put the item in your cart.

*If you plan to pay by money order please let me know. Money orders are due to our shop no later than 3 days after you buy the item. We will not ship the item until we have received the money order.

*All items not paid for within 48 hours are subject to a canceled sale and negative feedback.
Shipping
We ship through the United States Postal Service within three to five days of your purchase with the exception of holidays and weekends.

*If you prefer a different shipping company please let me know so we can adjust your invoice.

*If you want insurance or a confirmation please let me know so we can adjust your invoice.

*By purchasing one of our original creations you agree not to recreate or sell the item you purchase or any recreation.

*Effective July 1st, 2009 MonkeyBuns is doing its part to go green so we will no longer be shipping an invoice with your purchase. If you need a copy for your records please let us know in your buyer comments.

*Effective January 1st, 2010 all custom pieces will require a 50% down payment before the project begins. Please be aware that once the supplies are ordered the cost of the supplies is non-refundable.

**Please allow 2-4 weeks for a custom project to be completed. Based on the size of the cuff or bracelet this time may flex.
