Monkeys Always Look
Everything is crafted by hand here in sunny San Diego & Orange County, California. We LOVE what we do and find joy in hand making each piece one at a time. We are captivated by discovering the beauty in small things and love hidden details, giant discoveries and Sriracha sauce. What we cherish most are our AMAZING customers. Monkeys Always Look signature items include the Latitude Longitude Wedding Band, the Personalized mommy ring, the Tree Bark Ring, and the secret heart ring. We will be introducing more new items including earrings and necklaces soon so STAY TUNE!
Monkeys Always Look is also the originator of the Silverware Garden Markers. Often imitated but never matched in originality and innovation the Silverware Garden Markers have been successful beyond our wildest dreams.
We are a bunch of goofy girls that spend a lot of time teasing each other, singing along to the music that is constantly playing in the studio and plotting new ways to create fun and beautiful work.

Orders submitted between Monday 12/9/19 through Tuesday 12/17/19 will need to select USPS Priority or USPS Express shipping.
Rush Production & meeting Christmas delivery......
Rush Production (at additional cost) can be provided for orders placed between Wednesday 12/18/19 through Friday 12/20/19. Please contact us for rates if you do decide to place the order then~

Your order will ship USPS First Class which usually takes between 2-6 business days to arrive within the US and 2-5 weeks outside the United States once the order ships.
Please note that California residents are charged 7.75% sales tax.

Returns and exchange details
We try to describe our items to the best of our ability and will photograph their charms as well as their flaws (if any) but remember that all our items are handmade by us and will of course show signs of such. That's why you are here right!
If you do want to return the non-custom item you are responsible for the return shipping and I will charge a small restocking fee. Please convo me for the exact amount.
Personalization on rings and silverware will be made exactly as written and provided by the customer. Errors made based on customers' submissions are not refundable.
Jewelry Purchases and Returns

Sizing and Resizing rings
In general we can resize a ring 1/4 to 1/2 of a size up or down without having to cut or re-solder the ring. If we can do this then there is no charge for resizing the ring but you are responsible for the shipping both ways.
If the ring must be resize more then a full size smaller or larger the cost to do so will depend on the intricacy and complexity of the work needed to be done to get the correct size. In general this fee is $25-$60 to do so, which can exceed the cost of the original purchase. Please keep this in mind when ordering and if you have any questions about sizing we're happy to help. We do not suggest that you "guess" what size ring is needed unless you are comfortable with paying the $25-$60 resizing fee if you need the ring resized.

Shipping
We ship to the address that is on file with Etsy. It is your responsibility to make sure that your address on Etsy is correct.
Domestic shipping (within the United States)
All packages are shipped USPS First Class with tracking and delivery confirmation. The delivery time for USPS Frist Class is 2-6 business days (this does not include the production time which is listed at the top of the page). Packages are not insured. If you wish to have your package insured please contact us and we will adjust the rates accordingly.
International Buyers
Orders are shipped USPS International First Class, WITHOUT tracking and are not insured. Please take note that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees, they are the sole responsibility of the buyer. You will most likely be charge an import fee of some kind. We are not responsible for this and it is not included in the shipping that you pay at the time of purchase. If you would like to purchase a tracking number or insure the package please contact us before purchasing. It is against the law and we do not mark the international customs forms as a "gift".
