Please ask any questions you may have before buying, as there are no returns.

If you're not in the States and wish to buy, please contact me first.

Insured international postage is expensive, the USPS won't insure packages being sent to some countries, and I will not ship anything uninsured.
Refunds and Exchanges
Jewelry is not returnable. I will repair items damaged in shipping or by poor workwomanship. Jewelry damages, other than stated, will be charged on a repair basis. Please contact me with requests. I've never had this happen, but if it does, I will work with buyer to make it whole again.
Additional policies and FAQs
All of the above information sounds so, soooo, I don't know. Like I don't care about what I make or that it might be of poor quality. That could not be further from the truth.

I've been making jewelry for 30 years and teaching for 20, and I love what I do. Clients who have had to had repairs done, were done so, quickly and at no charge. It was because something went wrong. It is a little different selling on the internet.

I stand behind my jewelry, and if you have an issue with it, please let me know. Will work out something.

I don't do wholesale or consignment. If you are interested, then contact me, and we will talk.

I do custom orders, with 50% down and the rest due upon completion.
