Products are cute and very good quality but beware of very long processing and shipping times. I placed the order for 2 backpacks and 2 lunch boxes on 6/26/17. It took until 7/7/17 to find out one of the backpack and lunchbox patterns was discontinued. We picked our 2nd choice at that time. I messaged on 7/20/17 to check the status of the order and received no response but 3 out of 4 of my items came in the mail on 7/26/17 with a note informing me my last item was back ordered for a couple of weeks. I verified that I would definitely have it by 8/14/17 and was told I would. I checked again on the status of this order on 8/4/14 and told that it was on the way to them and again confirmed I would have it by 8/14/17. I did not receive it by the date I needed it and when I questioned this, I finally got it shipped to me (8/16/17).

Payment
Payment is due at the time the order is placed. Payment signals that an order has been placed so we can complete the order as quickly as possible. An personalized or monogrammed item cannot be cancelled once the item has been completed. We do not offer discounts on any of our products. They are priced at the lowest price point that we are able to offer. With research, it is easily seen that our prices are competitively priced to sell.
If you have a large order, please contact us prior to placing the order to make sure that the order can be completed in the time needed.
Shipping
Items are usually shipped through Priority Mail depending on the item and best shipping method available. If you need an order rushed you must discuss and confirm this with Monogram Madness prior to placing the order to see if this is possible. ****Also, if you have spoken to us via message about a Rush order and have made arrangements with us, You MUST still indicate the date needed by in the Notes to Seller section at checkout!!! It is impossible for us to keep track of every arrangement made via message, as the messages do not always match the order placed. To be safe PLEASE, PLEASE reference the arrangements made during our message communication. Shipping methods outside our normal shipping process may be subject to a shipping upcharge.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not accept returns on personalized or monogrammed items. Any damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt of item. Once this time has passed we are no longer responsible for item.
*** Backpacks and clothing are subject to "wear and tear". We do not replace these items once they have been received past 7 days. No exceptions!

Due to Availability of products, and Vendor Changes, Colors, Brands, Cut, etc. may vary, but will be very similar and comparable.
Example: Button Colors, Pockets, Fabric colors.
All Orders requiring Monogram should have initials listed in First, LAST, Middle format. Spelling of names should be checked. We will monogram with the info that you provide. Please check accordingly as monogrammed items can not be returned.
