No, I don't allow for any of these. Since all items are personalized, I can't cancel/exchange items. Please read below:
> Errors: I will only allows exchanges or refunds if it's an error on my part. If that's the case, you must send me a picture of the error within 3 days of receiving your order. If it's a legitimate error on my part, I will fully refund or create the same exact order for you for free.
>Sizing: If it's a sizing issue, I will not refund/exchange. I have pictures of my clothing sizes on each listing so it is your responsibility to make sure you order the correct size.
>Colors: I will not refund/exchange for differing colors. I do my best with natural light pictures and images on the computer to get the most accurate color.

I will start making your order once your payment has cleared. Once it has, there is a one week processing time. Once the order has been created, I will ship it via USPS First Class. USPS First Class ships anywhere between 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
>I only allow myself a one week processing time in the event that I don't have your item in stock. Otherwise, I should take less than one week, it's just not guaranteed.
>I do not ship on Holidays or weekends. I will ship on the following business day.

Yes. You'll be notified once your order has shipped and it will include a tracking number.

If you have entered the wrong address/moved before your package came in/etc. after the package has been shipped out to you AND it has been returned to me, I will send it back to you with an additional shipping charge. You will have to purchase additional shipping charges before I resend the item back to you.

It is recommended that you wash your garment inside out in cold water or water that does that exceed 180 degrees. Please do not tumble dry - lay your items flat instead to dry. It is not recommended that you iron your garment, but if you must, put a T-shirt or handkerchief over the htv design and then iron. If the iron touches the htv design, it will ruin it.

I recycle used mailers and envelopes to do my part in helping the environment! So there will be tape closing your mailer shut. If you do have a special order that is going out as a gift, please let me know in the notes to seller section and I will use a new envelope instead of a recycled one.

If there is a design you'd like that I think other will also buy, I will gladly do it! Please note, that would mean this design would note exclusive to you. Otherwise, I am not currently taking Custom Design Orders.
