Returns and exchange details
If the item is to be returned, the item must be posted within 14 days of your reception in its original packaging and in the condition that you received it. Upon reception, we will refund you your purchase price, minus the cost of shipping except in the case of an error on our part. The return shipping cost is your responsibility unless of course in case of our error. When both parties are mutually satisfied, we will then cancel the transaction.
Payment
If you would like to pay in Euros instead of Dollars, please convo me after you purchase and before you pay with PayPal and I will revise your invoice.
Shipping
We ship using the most economical way, International priority small packets via La Poste for shipments up to 2 kilos. We will add tracking and insurance at our discretion. There are some items of value that we feel must have insurance and tracking for our mutual protection, therefore we have already added it to the shipping rate. Please see the item description.
If combining shipping on multiple listing purchases, we may need to ship 2 or more packages to keep each package under the 2 kilo cutoff of small packets to save you on shipping costs.
If a single item weighs more than 2 kilos, it will be shipped Colissimo with insurance and tracking built into the service.
We will always try to combine shipping and ship the most economical way for you. When we have shipped, if there is an overage on shipping, we will refund that amount.
Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties charges incurred in their country. Please see your country's rules regarding importing for customs and duties.
