Do the sizes run true to size?
The unisex sizes run true to size or retail fit. The ladies cut run small. If you are ordering the ladies cut we strongly suggest you size up. You can always just order one if it is your first time ordering and we will refund you the cost of shipping.
Can I return or exchange my purchase.
Unfortunately no. We do not refund or accept returns. This is why we recommend buying just one to make sure you are happy with the product.
Custom and personalized orders
Although our policy does not accept cancelations, If there is NO label or tracking number generated we will gladly cancel your order. If a label has been created it means that the package is on the way to the post office or that the post office has received it but has not scanned it in yet.
