I am happy to customize items I have designed and created, such as chain length or necklace length, ring size, length of bracelets, at no extra cost. I will also change ear wire types on earrings, if readily available, with purchase of custom earring findings listed in my shop. Customization requiring special items not readily available, or custom orders created from your own design will require extra time, and thus requires an extra fee.

I package for safe shipping at the best value to you, the customer. If a jewelry store quality gift box is desired, upgraded packaging is available at an extra cost.

Unless otherwise specified, the wires I use are specially treated with lacquer coatings that are anti tarnish. Chain, charms and other metal elements are not always conducive to lacquer coating, so protection from oxidation is recommended. Storing jewelry in air tight zip lock bags will slow oxidation. When polishing is desired, careful rubbing with a clean, soft cloth will remove most oxidation.

Many of my designs are delicate. Continuous wear is not recommended. Avoid wearing wire jewelry with sweaters or other fabrics with a loose weave to prevent snagging.

The processing time estimate is a longest case scenario. Most orders are processed and shipped the same day. Because I am a one-person business, there are rare occasions when I cannot process all orders on the same day. However, if you bring to my attention your special circumstances, I will do my best to meet your specific needs. Actual shipping time depends completely on the postal service, and once out of my hands, shipping time is out of my control.
