Shipping
We use Priority Mail for all shipping within the US.

Priority Mail takes approximately 2 days to deliver and comes with tracking.
If you'd like signature confirmation, please notify us before placing your order. Signature confirmation costs $2.45 extra, so we will have to adjust your shipping charge.
International orders are shipped via First Class mail and usually takes 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

Please be sure to double-check the address you provide at checkout. Your address is automatically printed onto a shipping label when your order is updated. We do not write out the labels ourselves, so we are not responsible if your package is delivered to the wrong address or returned to us as undeliverable. If it is returned to us because of a wrong address, you are responsible for the shipping costs to send it back out again.

Lost Items:

We are not responsible for lost items. We provide tracking for all shipments within the US so that you never have to wonder where your package is!

If your item shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please follow these steps:
1) Check with family members, friends, roommates and neighbors to see if they've collected it for you and set it aside.
2) Call your local post office. Your tacking number gives a Google Earth GPS picture of where your package was last scanned. This enables them to tell you whether or not it was left at your doorstep, a leasing office, or at a neighbor's house.
3) If USPS determines that it was left at your house but you (and nobody around you) has it, there's a chance it may have been stolen and you may need to file a police report.

International orders are tracked using your customs number. Sometimes packages are held up in customs for an unnecessarily long amount of time. If you have not received your item within 2 months, contact us and we'll work with you to help complete your order!
Refunds and Exchanges
Although we try to package your item as carefully as possible, damage in shipping may still occur. If your item arrives damaged, we offer full or partial refunds or replacement. Just send us photos of the damaged item and box it was shipped in and we'll work with you to fix the problem.

**For FULL refund or replacement, you must first send the original item back to us. You are responsible for shipping costs.**

YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR PURCHASE IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED AND/OR REQUIRE A REFUND.

Custom Orders:

We are no longer accepting orders for dolls we haven't previously made. Please check out our shop for select made-to-order items, or check out our Instagram @MoodyVoodies (or browse our sold items) for a catalog of dolls we do make.

**Note that we have now discontinued our Nightmare Before Christmas dolls/figures, and our Gomez and Morticia dolls.**

If you're interested in having something made for you, please contact us through our shop so that we can discuss what you need, the cost, and the time it will take to start and complete. When you're ready to place an order for your custom, we will create a reserved made-to-order listing for you in our shop for you to purchase.
When your order is completed, we'll send you photos of your finished item. If you're happy with what you see, we'll pack it up and ship it out! We usually ship packages the next business day, but sometimes it may take an extra day or two to get them to the post office.

Note that when you custom order something we've previously made, it will differ slightly than our original listing or post (stiching, paint, fabric colors, etc.). Although we try to remake an item as close as we can to the original, exact likeness is not possible because all our dolls are handmade. If you're not satisfied with your finished 'one-of-a-kind' order, we'll fix it for you!

Reserved Items:

You can reserve an item only after it has been in our store for 24 hours. We will then reserve it for you for a maximum of 7 days. If the item is not purchased within 7 days, it will once again be available to everyone.

October through December:

We will no longer reserve an item for you unless you've paid a deposit. This is a busy time of year, so we want to ensure that our items are available to anyone who is looking for a holiday gift.
If you'd like to reserve something you see in our shop, please contact us and send a $10 deposit to hold it for you. This deposit is nonrefundable.

Please do not purchase a reserved order unless you are the one for whom it is reserved.
