I had issues with the chain on my necklace falling out of the crimp ring before I even wore it once, but I reached out to the seller and they were able to promptly help me resolve the issue. The necklace is beautiful and I’d definitely recommend this seller! I also really appreciated the personalized packaging and note card that was included with my order. This seller clearly cares about the customer experience :)

Your jewelry is made with high-quality, carefully sourced materials that are made for daily wear. All chains and findings that are listed as 14K gold filled will not tarnish under normal conditions. However, to extend the lifespan of your jewelry, please remove to shower, exercise or swim; also avoid getting chemicals, cleaning products, perfume, sanitizer or cosmetics on jewelry.

Clean gold-filled jewelry with gently mild soap/water mixture and an untreated dry cloth.

What is gold-filled jewelry?

Gold-filled jewelry contains a layer of gold that is pressure bonded to a core metal, and is 1/20 or 5% gold by weight. Gold-filled jewelry has 100x more gold alloy than gold plated. Because the top layer is so much thicker, gold-filled jewelry lasts longer and stands up to wear and tear better than gold plated.
