PayPal only. Payment for your item(s) is expected within 72 hours of purchase. Items not paid for in that time without contacting us will be relisted and negative feedback will be left.

Understand that if you are paying with a check through PayPal there is a delay between the time you submit the check payment and when the payment actually clears. If you are paying via PayPal with a check, items are shipped once your check payment has cleared through PayPal .
We only ship within the USA.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which includes a tracking number.

We try to package and ship items as “greenly” as possible, reusing packaging materials whenever possible. It helps the environment and also keeps costs down for you.

We will ship your items within 2-3 business days following payment, and will send an acknowledgment convo or email with the relevant shipping information after your purchase. If you need something sooner, contact us and we can handle this upon request.

Items will be carefully packaged to avoid breakage or other damage and to ensure that they will be as safe as possible in transit. Unfortunately, situations do occasionally arise where parcels are mishandled, etc. while in transit after they have shipped. We will not be responsible for items lost and / or damaged in the mail. Although it isn't mandatory, we do recommend requesting insurance on your parcel. If it is damaged in transit, this will allow you to file a claim with the USPS.

NOTE: Review your PayPal address to make sure that the information you have provided is correct! Your item(s) will be sent to the address as you have listed it in PayPal, whether listed as 'Confirmed' or 'Unconfirmed'. If a package is undeliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by the buyer, or if a package is unclaimed by the buyer, we cannot be held responsible. The buyer will then be responsible for the cost to re-ship the package.

We will happily combine shipping if you purchase multiple items. We will refund the overcharge via PayPal after shipping your items - OR - you may inquire about combined shipping for specific items prior to purchasing (preferred).

Special / Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges unless an item has been grossly misrepresented. So please read and measure carefully and make sure to contact us with any and all questions you may have prior to purchasing.

In the rare instance that we do accept an exchange or issue a refund, the buyer is entirely responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as shipment of the exchange item to them, unless the issue was 100% an error on our part.

Keep in mind that there may be some slight imperfections in our unique handmade products - as well as in our vintage items due to their own antique nature. We consider them “perfectly imperfect”.

Our vintage items are clean quality pieces that you would be proud to use or display in your home, that have some signs of light to normal wear associated with their age and prior use. We try to describe our merchandise to the best of our ability and indicate any details we believe would be important to the person purchasing the item.

None of the vintage items we sell are in mint or new condition unless we have specified it in the listing.

If you have any concerns and don't feel you can leave positive feedback, please notify us before leaving neutral or negative feedback so we may do our best to make the situation right.

We're delighted to do custom orders on handmade goods. If you’d like to tweak an item, or would like a large quantity, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
