I usually ship orders within one business day. It is unlikely, however sometimes they may be shipped within 2 business days due to unforeseen circumstances.

I include tracking numbers in an email confirmation. If no email is sent for some reason, please don’t hesitate to message me.

For International orders:

I cannot guarantee a timely arrival due to any Covid restrictions in certain countries, or that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

If you are not satisfied, or if there is a problem with the jewelry, please contact me, as I would rather work something out and rectify any problem you may have, especially if there was an error obviously made by me.

I accept returns within a month from the date of receipt of the item. Please contact me within 14 days to request a return. Shipping for returns is to be covered by buyer.

**PLEASE NOTE: Items returned must include tracking to ensure I receive it and only upon receipt will I issue the refund. It is recommended to also purchase insurance to cover possible package loss, as I will not be able to refund any item not received.

I ship pendants in a 6x6 box with bubble wrap, tissue paper and then a smaller jewelry box with the jewelry inside. The outer box ensures safety and is virtually crush-proof.

Any smaller jewelry such as earrings and chains are shipped in a jewelry box inside a bubble mailer. It is possible for damage to occur in post office sorting and scanning machinery. It is also possible for packages to be left out in bad weather.

Please take a picture of the damage and message me if your jewelry is affected and has been damaged and we can work something out.

PLEASE NOTE that it is up to the buyer to provide a safe place for delivery.

Per Etsy house rules, if a package is marked as DELIVERED, the seller has fulfilled his/her responsibility.

I am always willing to help in any way that I can. Please message me if this has happened to you.

Most importantly, the buyer should inquire at the local post office. They can enter the tracking number to see where the postal worker scanned the package for delivery. They can determine what address the package was delivered to. The buyer should also ask around local neighborhoods or houses to check for the package.

If the package is not recovered, the package most likely has been stolen. Please report the theft to local police.

If you are ordering as a gift, I will include a blank small colored card and envelope for you to write a note on, as well as a wrapped jewelry box with jewelry and polishing cloth inside.

If you'd like me to write out something, include it at checkout and I will gladly write it in the card.

If you would like certain colors featured (such as gift recipient's favorite color, or the colors of the jewelry ordered) please let me know. I can add that color to my wax seal, tissue paper, wrapping and note card.
