Q. When is payment required?
A. Payment is due immediately using PayPal. You MUST have a verified and confirmed Paypal account! This is the only way to protect both buyer and seller from fraud.

Q. How often do you ship?
A. Your order will ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends).

Q. Who do you use for shipping?
A. I ship via USPS.

Q. Do you offer shipping discount for multiple purchases from your shop?
A. Yes, I do. Each listing shows the multiple discount rate. The discount can be viewed when you scroll down to Shipping Fees.

Q. Which shipping address do you use, PayPal or Etsy?
A. I ship to your PayPal address unless otherwise requested.

Q. Do you ship Internationally?
A. moonlight55 is an International friendly shop. I welcome all International Buyers!

Q. Will you mark the Custom form as a "Gift" upon request?
A. No, all Custom forms are marked as Other or Merchandise. There can be no exceptions since this is a law that could have serious consequences if not followed.

Q. If I encounter custom fees on an International shipment, do you the seller pay for those?
A. No, International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

Q. How long for Delivery of purchases?
A. Please allow 3-7 days for most domestic packages to be received and forty-five (45) days for international packages.
Refunds and Exchanges
Q. What happens if I decide I want to return the item?
A. Please remember that everything here is handmade and there will be irregularities and tiny flaws in the materials used and in the construction. And depending on your computer monitor, the colors viewed may or may not be accurate.

With those things in mind, if you are unhappy with your handmade item, please contact me within 2 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned to me in new condition (free of odors and in saleable condition) within 10 days. Thank you for your understanding. Shipping costs will not be included in your refund when making a return. You are also responsible for return shipping. Once I've received the item and it is in perfect condition, a refund of only the item cost will be issued.

Q. Do you accept Returns for International Orders?
A. Returns and refunds are not available because items are facing customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. Please be aware of the fees that you may be charged when receiving an international package from the United States.
